Located in Fort Smith, Thebacha is our most southerly campus and serves our Community Learning Centres in the South Slave and the Dehcho.

Fort Smith is a friendly, active community on the banks of the Slave River bordering Canada’s largest National Park, Wood Buffalo. The area is full of opportunity for outdoor adventure from skiing to skidooing and hunting to hiking. Students have access to the Fort Smith Recreation Housing in Fort Smith Centre which features a fitness centre, curling rink, movie theatre, swimming pool and a range of sports activities. Located in the Northwest Territories’ capital city, the Yellowknife Campus serves the and is our most urban campus. The NWT is a resource-based territory and home to some of the largest tracts of wilderness on earth. This makes it an ideal place to study if you want a career in land and environment related fields. Our programs offer hands-on experience in labs, classrooms and out in the field so that our grads get the skills they need. THE BOTTOM LINE: How much does an aurora college education cost

It’s important to plan your finances before you attend Aurora College. Aurora College has some of the lowest tuition rates in the country, but budgeting for realistic living costs and other expenses is a necessity.

The NWT has many options for financial assistance and there are many opportunities for scholarships, bursaries and awards to help with costs, but each student needs to be aware of deadlines and requirements so that they can line up the money they need in advance.
