Prior to her appointment, Commissioner McDonald served as the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development and the Chair of Connecticut PresentersInnovations. Brennan GIlbane Client Relations Specialist, GIlbane, Inc. Brennan is a  fth generation family member, focused on Gilbane’s steadfast commitment to client’s satisfaction through her work. Brennan Gilbane earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and her Master’s degree from Providence College.

William GIlbane III Senior Vice President at Gilbane Builder Company William J. Gilbane, III is a senior vice president for Gilbane Building Company, providing leadership and guidance to the company’s rapidly growing New York region. A  fth generation family member, Bill’s dedication and commitment to improving the built environment is in his genes. After o cially joining the company in 2003, Bill gained valuable experience working on-site on several high pro le projects throughout the Northeast. With this hands-on project experience and a passion for construction management, Bill grew to become an integral member of Gilbane’s management team and instrumental to expanding the company’s presence in the New York market.

Iris Weinshall Chief Operating O cer, Iris Weinshall is the Library’s Chief Operating O cer, responsible for the Library’s expense and capital budgets, its $1 billion endowment, and all construction projects across the system’s three boroughs. Additionally, she has oversight over the institution’s operational departments, including Finance and Investment, Human Resources, Capital Planning and Construction, Facilities Operations, BookOps and Government Relations. Prior to this role, Weinshall served as the vice chancellor of Facilities Planning, Management, and Construction for the City University of New York, where she was responsible for overseeing the University’s multi-year capital construction program across 24 campuses in the  ve boroughs

Lorraine Grillo President and Chief Executive O cer, The School Construction Authority Lorraine Grillo has been President of New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) since November 2010. Grillo served as an Acting President of New York City School Construction Authority from April 2010 to November 2010 and also served as its Executive Director/Chief of Sta to the President, where she was responsible for an agency-wide reorganization and helped implement the 2005 - 2009 Five-Year Capital Plan - the largest investment in school construction in New York City history. Grillo started at SCA seventeen years ago as a Community A airs Specialist in Queens. Subsequently, she has served as the Director of Community A airs and later as the Senior Director of Community and Intergovernmental A airs.

Thomas F. Prendergast Chairman & CEO, MTA Thomas F. Prendergast is a career public transportation professional. He was named president of NYC Transit in November 2009 and served as interim executive director of the MTA from January 1, 2013 until his appointment as chairman and chief executive o cer was con rmed by the New York State Senate on June 20, 2013. Prendergast is former CEO of TransLink, the public transportation system in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. A native of Chicago, with a systems engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Prendergast began his career at the Chicago Transit Authority in 1975. PRESENTERS
