Thank-you to COHPS from Commissioner Rhoades “Thank you to all of the members of COHPS, both individually and as an organization, for providing financial, logistical and personal support to our Troopers during the Christmas holiday. “As we all know, COHPS historically provides money to each Troop Headquarters in support of Troop Christmas parties. Without that financial support, we would not have the opportunity to share holiday cheer in such a great and family-oriented way. Due to the geography of our great state, we are spread literally to every corner, and don’t often have the chance to visit with our partners and their families. The parties and gatherings at this time of the year give us a chance to catch up and to solidify the true family culture that we cherish. “Thanks again to the COHPS Board and every member for taking great care of our Troopers on a daily basis, and for allowing us the chance to reconnect with each other during such a wonderful time of the year.” 2 A promotion ceremony for Capt.
