To consider the allocation of expenditure from the community forum funding budget for the 2019/20 municipal year. Recommendations 2. It is recommended that the forum considers the application referred to in the report and makes an appropriate recommendation to the Director of Public Health and Wellbeing. Background 3. The ten community forums are responsible for allocating expenditure from the delegated community forum funding budget. The Cabinet, in March 2018, approved a new set of criteria to replace the previous guidelines against which allocations from the delegated budget should be considered, and these are attached. -

Jim Griffiths FIOA Noise - Premises Licence, Victoria Park Experience 1. I confirm that I am a company director of Vanguardia Limited, a company specialising in the field of leisure and entertainment. I have over 35 years experience as a consultant in the field of acoustics. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Acoustics, Chairman of the London Branch of the Institute and was awarded the Institutes Tyndall Medal for my contribution to entertainment acoustics. I have a wide range of experience in all technical aspects related to acoustics, noise and vibration and have project managed numerous innovative projects as well as presenting evidence at legal proceedings, public inquiries and at several House of Commons Select Committees. I have presented over 30 technical papers nationally and internationally on noise and acoustics mainly dealing with noise management from entertainment. Over the last 25 years I have had direct personal and overall management responsibility for advising local authorities, venue owners, event organisers and private individuals on the setting of noise limits; and the monitoring and management of noise impact for pop concerts at more than 1000 such events. 2. I sat on the Noise Council Working Party for the Code of Practice on Environmental Noise Control at Concerts (1995) (The Pop Code) and my research papers were used to develop the noise guidelines presented in this publication. 3. I have more recently been appointed to new working parties which has been formed to refresh the Pop Code and assess noise from other licensed premises. Instruction 4. I have been instructed by AEG Presents Limited to provide independent acoustic advice in respect of the Licence application for the All Points East events planned for Victoria Park in 2018. -

Play Week 2018 Event Brief: Between the 30th July and the 3rd of August 2018, Dudley Play Service, Children’s services and partners delivered the tenth ever “Dudley Play Week”. The weeklong event takes place annually to celebrate National Play Day which is celebrated across the country on the first Wednesday in August. The weeklong event saw thousands of families playing and enjoying a varied menu of activities in Dudley parks, thanks to partnership working between statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations. Participants: Dudley Play Week was delivered in partnership with a wide range of statutory, voluntary and private sector organisations (43 in total), maximising sharing of resources and enhancing participant’s choice. 2 June 2016 An unrivalled season this summer and autumn at the National Theatre Amadeus by Peter Shaffer with Lucian Msamati as Salieri The Red Barn, a new play by David Hare Stuff Happens, a rehearsed reading of David Hare's landmark play, staged to coincide with the publication of the Chilcot report Peter Pan, a Bristol Old Vic co-production directed by Sally Cookson with Sophie Thompson as Captain Hook/Mrs Darling and Paul Hilton as Peter Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour, a National Theatre of Scotland and Live Theatre co-production A Pacifist’s Guide to the War on Cancer, a Complicite Associates co-production with the National Theatre, in association with HOME Manchester River Stage, the National Theatre’s outdoor arts and music festival, returns to present a host of free weekend entertainment from 29 July to 29 August. The festival hosts takeover weekends from Latitude Festival, Rambert Dance Company, Bristol’s Mayfest, East London’s The Glory and the NT. Each weekend will stage the very best in live music, dance, performance, DJs and family workshops Connections 21, celebrating 21 years of the world’s largest youth arts festival. This autumn, Peter Shaffer’s classic play Amadeus makes a long-awaited return to the National after 37 years. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is a rowdy young prodigy who arrives in Vienna determined to make a splash. Awestruck by his genius, Court Composer Antonio Salieri has the power to promote his talent or destroy it. Seized by obsessive jealousy he begins a war with Mozart, with music and, ultimately, with God. -
