Enfin, en 1984, le musicien, DJ et animateur radio Sidney lance l’émission hebdomadaire « H.I.P. H.O.P. » sur la première chaîne de télévision du pays. Pendant un an, il fait découvrir les danses hip hop et les musiques qui les accompagnent à un public plus large encore, et massivement composé d’enfants et d’adolescents. -
