SNYDER, DISRUPTOR, INC., and JOHN DOES 1-50. JURY DEMAND Defendants. ---------------------------------------------------------------)( Plaintiff ANDREA T ANTAROS ("Plaintiff or "Ms. Tantaros"), by her attorneys, Judd Burstein, P.C., complaining of the Defendants herein, alleges as follows: INTRODUCTION 1. The criminal conduct described in this Complaint is both highly complex and extremely high-tech - utilizing digital tools and computer/telephony 'hacking', allied media, social media and surreptitious surveillance as replacements for and enhancements to traditional work-place retaliation, extortion, physical threats, and professional/career assassination. Interestingly, this type of professional digital character-assassination (well-known in the political and movie/entertainment industries) is portrayed in a recent episode of the highly popular Showtime Network series, "Homeland." In this episode - entitled "Sock-Puppets" - the techniques described in this Complaint were used to destroy the reputation and public support of a new President-elect. 1 See http://www .newsbusters.org/blogs/culture/lindsay-kornickl20 17 /03/19/homeland-introduces-right- wing-fake-news-accounts Case 1:17-cv-02958-GBD Document 5 Filed 04/25/17 Page 2 of 34 2. For the uninitiated, such criminal activity will seem both bizarre and shocking. But, as shown by the many exhibits annexed to this Complaint, these activities have been long underway at Defendant Fox News, LLC ("Fox News"), and have continued unabated since the departure of Defendant Roger Ailes ("Ailes") from the network.

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 100 F Street NE Washington, DC 20549 July 5, 2021 Re. Public Input on Climate Change Disclosures Dear Chair Gensler, Commissioner Lee and Secretary Countryman: Thank you for requesting comments on the Division of Corporation Finance’s March 15, 2021 request for public input on reporting requirements for registrations relating to certain disclosures relating to climate change and ESG. I have co-signed the Shareholder Commons comment letter already and I endorse many of the recommendations you have already received from Scott Stringer and other institutional investors, but I would like to add some additional perspective and a few responses to some of the other comments filed. As a general point, I note that some of the comments are not clear about who is funding them, what is paid advocacy, and how suggested changes would benefit their organizations. This is of particular concern following the "fishy" comments1, sock puppets,2 and CEO- funded dark money fake front groups3 distorting the proxy advisory rulemaking. For example, the comment from the generically-named Texas Public Policy Foundation, which cherry-picks data to pretend climate change is not a problem, does not mention that its funders include energy companies Chevron, ExxonMobil, and other fossil fuel interests.4 1 https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-11-19/sec-chairman-cites-fishy-letters-in- support-of-policy-change 2 https://valueedgeadvisors.com/2018/11/06/more-useless-sock-puppet-bluster-from-fake-front- group-main-street-investor-coalition/ and note the overlap in the comments between groups with the same members/funders like the Business Roundtable and the World Business Council.

  • The Utilization and Management of Sockpuppets Within Online Communities
THE UTILIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF SOCKPUPPETS WITHIN ONLINE COMMUNITIES by Melissa Morris A Capstone Project Submitted to the Faculty of Utica College May 2014 in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Science in Cybersecurity © Copyright 2014 by Melissa Morris All Rights Reserved ii Abstract The Internet is the principle arena for online communication. Within the online community, individuals can choose who they are. If a member chooses an online identity that is something other than who they are in real life, then the identity created is a sockpuppet. The purpose of this research was to examine the utilization and management of sockpuppets within online communities. What are the ethical and legal boundaries in the use of sockpuppets within civilian online communities? What is the role of sockpuppets in the intelligence community? The intent behind sockpuppet use determines the ethical and legal boundaries within civilian online communities. If the intent is for entertainment and communication, online communities exhibit various levels of tolerance for ethical versus unethical choices of sockpuppets. However, legal boundaries are crossed if the intent is to do harm. The United States is not consistent with legislation involving sockpuppets. The intelligence community uses sockpuppets to assist in maintaining national security. A sockpuppet allows an analyst to infiltrate targeted online communities, and once inside to gather information about the group. Sockpuppets are accepted within the communities and

ASX RELEASE 25 June 2021 Affiliation with Network 10 from 1 July 2021 Southern Cross Media Group Limited (ASX: SXL) (SCA) today announced it has reached agreement with Network 10 to broadcast channels 10, 10 Bold, 10 Peach and 10 Shake in the three aggregated markets of regional Queensland, Southern NSW and regional Victoria for two years commencing 1 July 2021. A copy of a joint media release is attached. The agreement with Network 10 follows constructive and collaborative discussions with Network 10 over the past three months during which the respective sales, technical, and operations teams have worked closely to ensure there will be a seamless transition to Network 10 programming on 1 July 2021. SCA’s sales teams have consistently generated excellent revenue outcomes for its partners. Over the five year period of the Nine affiliation, SCA’s sales power ratio (converting ratings to revenue) in the three aggregated markets improved by nine percentage points from 1.03 in 1H FY17 to 1.12 in 1H FY211. With Network 10’s suite of highly successful programs including MasterChef Australia, Australian Survivor, The Bachelor Australia, The Masked Singer, The Project and live A-League, Westfield W- League, Socceroos, Matildas and FFA Cup matches, SCA looks forward to continuing its superior sales performance to generate strong commercial returns for both SCA and Network 10. Television revenue booked to date for the first quarter of FY22 is in line with SCA’s internal forecasts and is currently pacing ahead of the same time in the current financial year, which was affected by COVID-19.
