Well, kind of. But, seriously, what the hell is going on in this book anymore? Can you think of a more hack character Green Arrow/Black Canary: Enemies List a woman who loves a hero so much that she wants him dead? Even worse? As my buddy Ben pointed out, Roy Harper was one of the few single fathers in comics, a really good role model in his own way. Thank goodness they took that away from him for some stupid story trying to make Prometheus cool again. Also, the Green Arrow family used to actually be fun to read. Now they just seem even closer to their Gotham counterparts. Anyway, I should probably talk about this volume. Kind of like just watching the second Pirates Of The Caribbean movie. Boring filler. Wow, I think that was my most negative trade review ever. Anyway, overall, I had a pretty good time with this story. It does take place during the kind of mess of continuity that was Countdown though I did kind of like the series when I read it in a few chunks. Compared to Marvel, DC is seriously lacking in the big brain superheroes. That seems like a gigantic missed opportunity. Man, is it pretty. Green Arrow/Black Canary: Enemies List meant that Winick actually added to the Green Arrow/Black Canary: Enemies List instead of only falling back on older GA villains. The emerald archer has had plenty to choose from since his debut inincluding an assassin, the royal of a small eastern European country, and a whole heap of crime lords. Employing others like Bronze Tiger and Deadshot in various missions of drug-dealing, assassination and other villainy, China White is one of the foremost kingpins of the Starling City criminal underworld. Created by Kevin Smith and Phil Hester during their run on Green Arrow, the simple-masked villain became a top threat with is deliberate, efficient methods and his mimetic repeating of sound effects in an eerie manner. The recent Green Arrow run by Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino Green Arrow/Black Canary: Enemies List a real thrill ride - and at the villainous center of that was Komodo. A number of Green Arrow adversaries wield the familiar bow and arrow, but Green Arrow/Black Canary: Enemies List takes that to an entirely new — and vicious — level. Not bad for only being around for a year. One-part stalker, one-part special forces, Carrie Cutter is a serious threat to Oliver Queen.
