Grilled T-Bone Steaks Serves 4 Ingredients: 4 T-bone steaks 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak seasoning 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons canola oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce Directions: 1. Place steaks in a large resealable bag. Pour Montreal Steak seasoning, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, water, soy sauce, canola oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and hot pepper sauce into the bag. Toss to coat evenly. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate overnight. 2. Preheat grill to medium. 3. Remove steaks from the bag. Discard marinade. 4. Place steaks on the grill and cook for 8-12 minutes per side, for preferred doneness. (Use meat thermometer to check temperature. 145° F for medium-rare, 160° F for medium, and 170° F for well-done.)
