Samuel R. Delany was named the 2013 Damon Knight Memorial Best Picture Grand Master Award winner. Delany is the writer of Dhalgren, Gravity Star in My Pocket Like Grains of Sand, and many other novels, short fiction. He has won 2 Hugos and 4 Nebulas. Best Cinematography Swampcon Rising Gravity - Emmanuel Lubezki

Best Makeup and Hairstyling Swampcon Rising was held at the Reitz Student Union The Lone Ranger - Joel Harlow and Gloria Pasqua-Casny at the University of Florida on January 18-19, 2014. Gravity –Alfonso Cuaron and Mark Sanger The convention decided to place the artist alley and fan tables in the breezeway in front of the Student Union. On both Best Visual Effects days temperatures dipped into the 50s and it was windy. The Doctor Who panel allowed the panelists and audience to discuss the recent season and what they would like to see in the show’s future. The Marvel panel examined the recent 1706-24 Eva Rd. Marvel films. Etobicoke, ON CANADA M9C 2B2 Propeller Anime, and Orlando anime club, did 4 panels on Sunday. The panels covered supporting characters of anime, a January 29, 2014 death match between anime characters, the Best of 2013, and the Best of 1990s.
