(7 SI) JUNCTIONS 20 AND 21A (THELWALL VIADUCT) AND CONNECTING ROADS SCHEME (SIDE ROADS) (NO 2) ORDER 1990 The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made the following Scheme and Orders: 1. A Scheme under sections 16, 17, 19, 106 and 108 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising him: (a) to provide for the exclusive use of traffic of Classes I and II of the classes of traffic set out in Schedule 4 to the Highways Act 1980 DEPARTMENT OF THE (i) special road about 1,330 metres in length ENVIRONMENT commencing on the M6 Motorway 40 metres south of the point where it crosses the centre of ANCIENT MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL Warrington Road, Lymm in the county of Cheshire AREAS ACT 1979 (as amended) to a point 380 metres south of the point where it crosses the centre of Manchester Road, Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of a local inquiry Warrington in the county of Cheshire; and which was due to be held at the Council Hall, Thanet District (ii) special road to connect the northbound Council, Albion Place, Ramsgate, on Tuesday, 26th March carriageway of the M6 Motorway with a new 1991, concerning an application by Kent County Council for roundabout on the A50 Cliff Lane and two special scheduled monument consent to construct two roundabouts and roads to connect the westbound and eastbound a length of dual carriageway to improve an existing crossroads carriageways of the M62 Motorway with the (Lord of the Manor Junction) on part of the scheduled Ancient southbound carriageway of the M6 Motorway; and Monument known as the Anglo-Saxon Cemetery, Ozengell, Kent.
