The sales of new energy vehicles in China are the highest in the world, and China’s new energy vehicle enterprises have played an important role in this. The business model, as a method for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals, utilizes resource advantages to deliver value to consumers, and is affected by enterprises’ ownership, competitive strategy, and resources. Based on the resource-based view (RBV) theory, the article uses a mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology, selects 30 vehicle enterprises from the mainstream market, and takes product value, suppliers, dealers and external relations, research capabilities, shareholders, and profitability as potential explanatory elements to analyze business model differentiation between different ownership categories. The article explores the reasons for the differences in business models between different ownership classes through case studies and data comparisons. It examines the characteristics and types of business model based on resources and competitive strategy. This study suggests that the ownership of enterprises plays a decisive role in strategic choices and resource acquisition and has a differential impact on the business model in resources and revenue dimensions. -

Its primary mandate was – and is – two-fold: to promote energy security amongst its member countries through collective response to physical disruptions in oil supply, and provide authoritative research and analysis on ways to ensure reliable, affordable and clean energy for its 29 member countries and beyond. The IEA carries out a comprehensive programme of energy co- operation among its member countries, each of which is obliged to hold oil stocks equivalent to 90 days of its net imports. The Agency’s aims include the following objectives: • Secure member countries’ access to reliable and ample supplies of all forms of energy; in particular, through maintaining effective emergency response capabilities in case of oil supply disruptions. • Promote sustainable energy policies that spur economic growth and environmental protection in a global context – particularly in terms of reducing greenhouse-gas emissions that contribute to climate change. • Improve transparency of international markets through collection and analysis of energy data. • Support global collaboration on energy technology to secure future energy supplies and mitigate their environmental impact, including through improved energy efficiency and development and deployment of low-carbon technologies. • Find solutions to global energy challenges through engagement and dialogue with non- member countries, industry, international organisations and other stakeholders. With a 29% market share,2 Norway has incontestably achieved the most successful deployment of electric cars in terms of market share, globally. It is followed by the Netherlands, with a 6.4% electric car market share, and Sweden with 3.4%. Electric City Cars New Dawn The Electric City Cars of the Twenty First Century In the second decade of the twenty first century the internal combustion engine powered city cars popularity is on the wain as the popular trend is to purchase ever bigger cars and adverse legislation making them uneconomical to produce. But the gap could be filled by the new breed of electric city cars that manufacturers around the world are producing or developing in increasing numbers. A False Dawn Early Electric Cars This year over twenty two companies are either offering for sale or planning to do so in the near future an electric car. The year is not 2020 but 1900, one hundred and twenty years ago. Today the electric car is becoming fashionable, the cutting edge of technology, but the electric car is nothing new and a hundred years ago it had passed its first flush of popularity and was to decline into relative obscurity for the next ninety years. At the beginning of the last century fleets of battery electric taxis where running in Berlin,Paris, London and New York. In Berlin the authorities operate a small fleet of battery electric fire engines and ambulances and the post office a large fleet of battery electric postal delivery vans. Another surprising fact is that by nineteen sixteen over twenty seven thousand battery electric truck where in use in the USA. It seemed to be the beginning of a new age. Electric cars where easy to drive, very similar to cars today that are fitted with an automatic gearbox and of course electric starters, that by the way we're first used in an hybrid car early in the last century.
