Jasna Auer Antončič POVZETEK Poslovni načrt za ribogojnico je dokument, ki dosledno in natančno izriše postopke, potrebne za opravljanje dejavnosti ribogojstva. V nadaljevanju bomo spoznali, zakaj smo se odločili za to pot, kakšen je pomen poslovnega načrta za podjetje ter kakšno poslanstvo smo si zas tavili, kakšna je vizija in kateri so naši cilji. Analizirali bomo tržno priložnost ter naš projekt časovno opredelili. Sledila bo opredelitev poslovnega subjekta. Na kratko bomo opisali matično družbo, vzpostavitev novih dejavnosti, ter opisali organizaci jsko strukturo. Nato bomo opisali našo temeljno dejavnost in podrobneje predstavili obstranske. Opisali bomo lokacijo, zaposlene, lastništvo družbe ter poglavje zaključili s podrobno SPIN -analizo. Opredelili bomo ciljne kupce, definirali okolje in locirali tekmece. Za trg bomo izdelali logotip ter opredelili kanale, prek katerih se bomo promovirali. Opredelili bomo smer razvoja ter ocenili tveganja, ki se bodo pojavljala na naši poslovni poti. Vse skupaj bomo podkrepili s finančnimi projekcijami in vse ugot ovitve zapisali v sklep. Ključne besede: postrv, ribogojnica, ribič, ribarjenje, poslovni načrt. SUMMARY The business plan for the fish farm is a document that is consistently and accurately surveying procedures necessary for the performance of aquaculture. In what follows, we will realize why we opted for this route, why business plan is important for the company, what our mission is and which goals we want to achieved. We will analyze the market opportunity and the timeline for our project. This will be followed by the definition of a business entity. We will briefly describe the parent company, establishment of new activities and we will describe the organizational structure. Then we will describe our basic activity and will present in detail the side ones. We will describe the location, employees, ownership of the company and we will conclude the chapter with a detailed SWAT-analysis. We will address the market define target customers, environment and the location of competitors. We will create our logo and identify the channels through which we will be promoted. We will identify development trends and assess the risks that will appear on our business path.
