Ця особливість зумовлена низкою подій, які мали і мають місце в Україні і детермінували національний, регіональний і світовий політичний процес. Початок цим подіям дала Революція Гідності, яка охопила значну частину України і чітко окреслила незгоду більшості українського суспільства із втратою європейської перспективи та прагнення суспільно-політичних змін. Драматичні події кінця лютого 2014 року, коли правлячий авторитарний режим використав брутально силу для придушення акцій протесту, призвели до падіння режиму і зміни політичної конфігурації у Верховній Раді України. Якщо події на Майдані в Києві і багатьох інших майданах за формою та наслідками подібні до революції, то анексія Криму Російською Федерацією та вибух сепаратизму в східних та південних областях за активної підтримки Росії концептуально подібні до контрреволюції. Повноцінність революційної парадигми певною мірою узалежнена від результатів дострокових парламентських виборів 26 жовтня 2014 р., які мають закріпити/легітимізувати її результати та здатності інституту президента і нового парламенту прийняти комплекс реформ так необхідних українському суспільству. Розвиток контрреволюційної складової відбувався згідно традиційних лекал: спроба зберегти стару систему і опертя на допомогу сусіда, зацікавленого у відсутності змін і внутрішній слабкості України. При цьому висока вартість ставки щодо змін в Україні спровокувала порушення керівництвом Росії низки міжнародних угод/норм стосовно територіальної цілісності, невтручання у внутрішні справи. Росія, яка тривалий період після падіння Берлінського муру сприймалася Європою і

In 1963 the first anti-revisionists Marxist-Leninist organisations arose, and after that, various others developed either through subsequent splits or by indirect or direct routes, not least the student movement and catholic circles influenced by Marxism. Like elsewhere in Europe, inspired by the Sino-Soviet Polemic and later the Cultural Revolution, there was an organisational rupture, a separation from the revisionist party, but how much of a political, ideological and organisational rupture was there? The proliferation of small militants groups1, and an inability to rally a stable recognised leadership that could command allegiance amongst the various trends saw unresolved ideological concerns engendered criticism and splits that were never resolved in any organisation that could act as, rather than proclaim itself, the successor of the PCE. Spanish anti-revisionists operated under a repressive authoritarian regime headed by Franco whose military coup had overthrown the Spanish republic. It was a heroic struggle in a regime noted for its anti-communist repression and police killing demonstrating workers in the streets, generating an armed response of differing intensity and effectiveness.

    Party Politics in the Western Balkans Edited by Věra Stojarová and Peter Emerson 2 Legacy of communist and socialist parties in the Western Balkans Věra Stojarová As Ishiyama and Bozóki note, the development of communist successor parties1 in post- communist politics has had an important effect upon the development of democracy (Bozóki and Ishiyama 2002: 393). In some countries the communist party was outlawed; in many cases it was transformed into a party of a socialist or social democratic character; elsewhere, the communist party began to take part in the democratic process, which led to varying results; in some cases, the party transformed itself into a classic socialist or social democratic party; while in other cases it retained a communist ideology. As the literature reveals, the type of the regime, the modus of transition, the manner of financing political parties, the organisation of the parties, as well as the whole political context, all matter. Ishiyama suggests that the patrimonial communist regime (as in Serbia) produced communist successor parties which had to distinguish themselves from the previous communist system and hence turned towards nationalism, while in a national- consensus regime (Slovenia, Croatia), the successor parties developed policies that divorced the party from the past, and led to the emergence of a social democratic identity (Ishiyama 1998: 81–2). Nevertheless, the application of the above- mentioned theory reveals the exceptionality of the Western Balkan countries. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the ethnic structure and the different goals of the three ethnicities had a great impact on the formation of political parties, which were mainly based on ethnic grounds, and left little space to the parties with a social democratic orientation.

The current administrative division, established in the 19th century, divides the territory into four provinces: A Coruña, Lugo, Ourense and Pontevedra. Galicia has 2, 812,962 inhabitants. By province, the population is distributed as follows: A Coruña 1,131,404; Lugo 387,038; Ourense 362,832 and Pontevedra 931,688. Galician population is distributed irregularly throughout the territory. It’s density is 94.4 inhabitants/km2. Galician population is characterized by a high level of dispersion, with small population centres.

    Digitizing Galicia: Cultural Policies and Trends in Cultural Heritage Management Ekaterina Volkova University of Auckland Abstract: Cultural policies have developed in Galicia significantly since the establishment of the 1981 Statute of Galician Autonomy. The Galician government has played a key role in the Galician cultural scene. However, the civil and, especially, private sectors have made a substantial contribution to the promotion of different areas of Galician culture. This arti- cle presents an overview of Galician cultural policies focusing on the area of cultural herit- age management in the global era, particularly on the uses of new information and commu- nication technologies and digitization. The list includes the name of the party or alliance in the original language and in English, the party/alliance abbreviation as well as the corresponding party identification number. In the case of an alliance, it also documents the member parties it comprises. Within the list of alliance members, parties are represented only by their id and abbreviation if they are also part of the general party list. If the composition of an alliance has changed between elections this change is reported as well. Furthermore, the list records renames of parties and alliances. It shows whether a party has split from another party or a number of parties has merged and indicates the name (and if existing the id) of this split or merger parties. In the past there have been a few cases where an alliance manifesto was coded instead of a party manifesto but without assigning the alliance a new party id. Instead, the alliance manifesto appeared under the party id of the main party within that alliance.
