(Separate Quotation forms should be submitted for each station) The quotation documents can be down loaded from Southern Railway Web site (www.sr.indianrailways.gov.in) and submitted along with the amount quoted by the applicants/firms in the form of DD drawn in favour of FA & CAO/S.Rly/Chennai. Quotation documents submitted without DD will be summarily rejected.

Receipt of Quotation : - Between 10.00 Hrs and 11.00 Hrs on 30.04.2018.

Opening of Quotation : - At 11.30 Hrs on 30.04.2018.

If the date of receipt and opening of quotation happens to be declared as Holiday, the same will be on the next working day.
