    Annex 1 26 April 2021 Details of Compulsory Testing Notice A. Residential Building (including building for both commercial and residential uses) with one or more new preliminary positive cases 1. Any person who had been present at any of the below specified premises for more than two hours at any time during the period from April 13 to April 26, 2021 (including but not limited to residents, visitors and workers), has to undergo testing by April 28, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between April 24 and April 26, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.     Committee on Libraries discusses the provision of library services in Tin Shui Wai ********************************************************************** The following is issued on behalf of the Committee on Libraries: The provision of library services in Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long was reviewed and new plans were supported at a meeting of the Committee on Libraries held today (August 25). Tin Shui Wai is one of the fast growing areas in Yuen Long District. Its population of 265,000 is presently served by one district library located at Kingswood Ginza and one mobile library service point at Tin Yiu Estate. To strengthen the public library services in the area, members noted that two new mobile library service points would be set up in the area. The library van will visit Tin Yuet Estate every Thursday starting from today and Tin Yat Estate every Saturday from August 27. To further improve the library facilities and services for the area, plans are in hand to provide a major library with 6,200 square metres at Tin Shui Wai to replace the existing district library. The project is expected to start in mid-2009 and complete in 2011. Committee members noted the community's imminent need for library services in Tin Shui Wai and supported the proposal of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to set up a small library in Tin Chak Shopping Centre. The proposed small library could be in service next year if application for funding is successful. Committee members discussed the committee's work plan and agreed to set up two subcommittees to follow up on the targets under their respective purview: (a) Subcommittee on Development Strategy of Provision of Library Services; and (b) Subcommittee on Community Involvement and Promotion of Reading/Literary Art Professor John Leong, the Chairman of the committee, visited the new mobile library service point at Tin Yuet Estate after the meeting.
