About Us

DSBJ Advisory Group (DSBJ Grupa Doradcza Sp. z o.o., further DSBJ) operates in many areas of consulting and offers full range of services in the area of transactions on capital markets and provides advisory services in economic and strategic consulting, equity and debt financing, building a strategic development strategy, corporate image creation, advising on corporate finance and the financing sourced from European grants.

DSBJ operates since April 2009 and in present form since March 2011. The origin of activity dates back to 1993. Its experience gained since the early nineties focuses, among others, on the following areas:

On 7 July, 2011, pursuant to the resolutions of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange DSBJ acquired the status of an Authorised Adviser on the NewConnect stock market and Catalyst bond market. Thanks to this DSBJ have been able to expand service range with comprehensive services for companies on securities markets. Bond issue is an excellent way to obtain financing, and it has opened the Polish capital market not only to small and medium-sized enterprises (Polish and foreign) but also local government units (municipal bonds).

Mr. Jerzy Z. Bednarek President of the Management Board, CEO

A graduate and former research worker of the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronic and Computer Sciences of Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, he also studied at Academy of Economics in Katowice and at Poznań School of Banking. After completing technical studies he participated in the unique program organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization referred to preparing the business plans and feasibility study for the needs of the companies’ development in Central and Eastern Europe.

He has rich experience referred to the development of the company and its financing, he directly participated in the project referred to many sectors, including, but not limited to: energetic energy sector and renewable energy sources (Ecological Fund Ekoterm Silesia, Rybnik Power Station, City Hall in Rybnik), motorization automotive (International Auto Parts Ltd, Klokkerholm Karoserie Diele), ITC (Bank PBK/BPH), financial services (ING Lease Polska, WCL Herbico), economic consultancy services (Dom Finco, Morison Finansista Group) and also the sale of services and FMCG products, in which branch he has specialized since 1995 (SPAR Polska, Piotr i Paweł, Mobitel). The co-founder of the Association of Authorized Advisers of NewConnect Marker of WSE. A member of the supervisory board in both production and technological companies. A member of the Auditing Committee of the Association of Individual Investors. He has conducted his own business activity since 1992.

Mrs. Agnieszka Grabuś Director of Public&Investor Relations Department, Board Member Certified Adviser ASO

A graduate of the Polish Philology Faculty and Centre for the Culture and Language of the Jews at Wrocław University. She also studied Public Relations and Social Communication at Wrocław School of Banking. Her professional carrier started in the Wrocław branch office of Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN. She was employed as the Marketing and PR Specialist in the company Flash Film Foundation (now Fabryka Idei) and the Chief Executive, PR Specialist in the portal IPO.pl. From February 2007 the economic journalist of the Miesięcznik Kapitałowy (former Rynek Kapitałowy). From June 2008- PR and IR Manager of M.W. Trade SA. Since December 2010 as the PR and IR Director cooperates with the company STI GROUP S.A. from Częstochowa.

Mr. Michał Tokarz Project Manager, Certified Advisor ASO

Educated on University of Economics in Cracow, M.A. in Finance and

Jagiellonian University, Faculty of International and Political Studies 10 year in capital

market, working for brokerage houses in Poland. Former board member and co-

owner in Querton Brokerage House and Querton Capital Partners (WSE Authorized

Advisor); executed capital exit. CEO in WilliamBlake corporate finance and

transaction advisory, IDM S.A. and Copernicus Securities.

Wide experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory: Local and cross

border merger & acquisition, Reverse mergers, Sell side advisory, Leveraged buy

outs, Companies’ valuation, Pre-IPO, IPO, Convertible debt, Bonds, Warrants structure,

Mr. Robert Mikulski Attorney-at-law, Partner in the Law Firm Stopczyk&Mikulski, Certified Advisor ASO

Robert Mikulski completed studies at the Law and Administration Faculty of UMCS in Lublin, Postgraduate Business Insurance Studies and judge’s training. Attorney-at-law since 1999. He gained his professional experience in the Government Legislative Centre, the Chancellery of the Council of Ministers, the Office of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance. He is a founder of the Law Office in which he has been providing legal advisory services since the year 2000. He holds the position of Managing Partner of the Law Office. In 1994-1998 Partner in law firms IUSTUS and IURATOR in Katowice. 1998-2001, President and CEO of the Fund for the Upper Silesia SA in Katowice ( joint-stock company with the capital of 40 million USD). Member of the supervisory boards in joint-stock companies .
