Check-in requirements Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time at your booked pick up location. There might be 5-10 minutes delay depends on the traffic on the day. If you think the pick is late or you are not being picked up, please call The Service Provider and quote your confirmation number to double check. Tours may not proceed if minimum number is not met. ● Tour -This tour does not include meals on Day 1. -Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn for hiking on this tour. -Luggage Restrictions: 5kg soft bag on 2 and 3 day tours returning to Melbourne. No large suitcases or backpacks can be taken on- board. -If needing translation assistance, download the Bunyip App from the App Store or Google Play prior to the departure, for audio across all tours for a selection of languages. ● Children -Child rates apply for ages 0 to 15 years of age inclusive. Due to the duration of the tour do not advise taking children under the age of 4. -Children must be booked in Private Accommodation. Please note that if travelling with children on one of the multi-day tours will need to choose the private room option as dorm style accommodation cannot be offered as it is not suitable. -Cots are not available for very young children, thus, unable to accept bookings for multi-day tours containing children under 3 years of age. -The service provider is able to provide an infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) free of charge. Please note service provider have only a limited number available each day and they must be pre-booked. Please send a request to service provider and provide the age of the child along with the confirmation number and booking details. ● General -The service provider retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and vehicles and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances. -All travelling persons must book and have their own seat allocated for use. -Any party arriving with undisclosed infants or children will be required to pay child's fare prior to board the touring vehicle. If there are no seats available for any undisclosed guests to occupy, the entire travelling party may be denied the opportunity to travel and will forfeit their fares. 2 Day Melbourne Phillip Island & A trip down to Phillip Island wouldn't be complete without a visit to the world famous Penguin Parade. One of the most popular Wilsons Promontory Wildlife tours, a trip to Phillip Island will leave guests feeling warm and - fuzzy inside. But a trip to Phillip Island includes so much more Extravaganza Shared than just a stop at the Penguin Parade, guests will get up Accommodation close with a Koala, hand feed Kangaroos and Wallabies, meet wombats and Tassie devils and that is all before get to the Island. Page 2 of 4 Day 1 2 Day Melbourne Phillip Island & Wilsons Promontory Wildlife Extravaganza-Shared Accommodation- Day 1 Tour Description- Day 1 Day one will head down to Phillip Island, stopping off at Moonlit Sanctuary to meet some locals. Will be able to hand feed kangaroos and wallabies, cuddle a koala (*fee applicable, own expense), come face to face with a Tassie Devil, and see some amazing native birds including emus and cockatoos. Next it is off to Phillip Island to see the world famous Penguin Parade. While on the island have a range of activities to keep guests entertained while wait until the Little Penguins are ready to come ashore. After the parade will spend the night on the Island at Island Accommodation. Highlights Native wildlife at Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park where you can hand-feed cute wallabies on the Wallaby Walk (*fee applicable, own expense). Take a stroll along the Nobbies boardwalk and enjoy spectacular views along Phillip Island's rugged south coast. Watch the Penguin Parade show at dusk. Overnight stay on Phillip Island. Page 3 of 4 Day 2 2 Day Melbourne Phillip Island & Wilsons Promontory Wildlife Extravaganza-Shared Accommodation- Day 2 Tour Description- Day 2 In the morning guests will be taken back to the mainland to meet up with Wilsons Promontory tour. Once down at the Prom will see emus and kangaroos again, but this time in the wild! Might even be lucky enough to see one of the secretive wombats that live on the Prom. Will take guests hiking to the top of one of the nearby mountains to take in the epic coastal vistas filled with white sand beaches and granite islands, then down to one of the untouched beaches to relax. Highlights Connect to Wilsons Prom Day Tour. Reach the most southern region of mainland Australia. Kangaroos, wombats and emus in the wild. Hike through spectacular tracks such as Mt Bishop and Lilly Pilly Gully. Enjoy Fern Gullies and mountain views. Squeaky Beach-Be entertained by the pure white quartz 'singing sands'.
