FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO (BURBANK) TOWN (CENTER)

BURBANK, Calif. (Nov. 22, 2017) -- Burbank Town Center's $60 million renovation is so spectacular, Santa might decide to move from the North Pole and set up shop here permanently.

For now, anyway, Santa's visit is seasonal, so don't miss out and make sure he gets your wish list.

Santa arrives at Burbank Town Center on , November 24 and will be there every day through Eve, Dec. 24.

Upon Santa's arrival Nov. 24 from 5-7 p.m. on the first level near Macy’s, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the John Burroughs High School Muses caroling group, a DJ spinning holiday music, and while supplies last enjoy free hot cocoa from Häagen-Dazs, and to welcome Santa. “Good little boys and girls" also will have the chance to win retailer gift cards.

Burbank Town Center will be "decked out" throughout the center with beautiful holiday décor, allowing for “Instagrammable moments” where guests are encouraged to take photos and share with their friends on so- cial media for giveaways and prizes. And Burbank Town Center has part- nered with local schools to spread holiday cheer with caroling throughout the holiday season.

Following are Santa's hours for the next month:

Nov. 24-Dec. 15 -- Mondays-Thursdays from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. (break 3-4 p.m.); Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. (break 3-4 p.m.); Sun- days from noon-6 p.m. (break 3-3:30 p.m.)

Dec. 16-23 -- Daily from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. (breaks 1-1:30 p.m. and 5-6 p.m.)

Dec. 24 -- 9 a.m.4 p.m. (break 12:30-1 p.m.)

Once the kids and Santa have exchanged gift ideas and taken photos, visitors are encouraged to experience Burbank Town Center's revitaliza- tion, which includes a $60 million interior renovation.

Burbank Town Center has relocated the food court to a new dynamic space on the first floor and is creating a newly constructed third-level out- door dining terrace accessible via new outdoor escalators off East Mag- nolia Blvd. facing downtown Burbank.

Upon completion of the project, visitors also will find many new amenities, including a grand staircase entering off East Magnolia Blvd., two striking main entrances from the east and west parking garages, remodeled pub- lic and family restrooms, crisp flooring throughout, comfortable seating ar- eas, two children’s indoor play areas, dedicated Tesla Superchargers, electric car charging stations, and an all-around more modern looking shopping center.

Following AMC’s recent theatre upgrade and numerous store remodels including New York & Co., Vans, and Shiekh Shoes, Burbank Town Cen- ter ownership continues to modernize the tenant mix with the addition of H&M, Cost Plus World Market and Shoe Palace, slated to open in 2018.

In conjunction with the renovation, Burbank Town Center has rebranded itself and has a “Made for You” tagline, which reinforces its commitment to the local Burbank community. Additionally, a new website (burbank- towncenter.com) has been launched.

And if you can't wait to take it all in, several stores will be open on Thanksgiving, including Old Navy, Aldo, American Eagle, Vans, Victoria’s Secret, and Forever 21 (see the full list at burbanktowncenter.com).

Burbank Town Center will open at 8 a.m. sharp on Black Friday and will stay open until 9 p.m., allowing visitors to get a jump start on holiday shopping with deals in abundance throughout the center.
