The qualifications for the course in- clude a Red Cross Senior Life Saving Certificate, a minimum age of 19 years, and ability to perform the fol- lowing strokes: side and overarm stroke, breast and inverted breast; American and back crawl, trudgen crawl, elementary back stroke, stand- ing dive, and surface dive. The activities of the course consist of reviewing and learning swimming skills to become water safety instruc- tors.
