New Business –

This past Tuesday the club officers met at Hank’s and is proposing (to be discussed and voted on at the next meeting) the following with regard to the holiday party gift grab at Hank’s:

Participating members should come to the party with their object in a paper bag with a long string tied around the neck for placement in a large box.

1.- You must put something into the box if you want to take something out. 2.-It must be something you made 3.- No uncompleted work please. 4.- No kits for someone else to assemble 5.- No IOUs on an item to be made later. 6.- No bag diving 7.- You do not have to be present to take part, you can designate someone to act on your behalf.

Reminder – 10% of the individual sales made at the garage sale / flea market at our party is supposed to be donated to the club for hosting the sales.

Club Shows- for reimbursement purposes, we need a “paper trail” that is correspondence to a club committee member with acknowledgement that the club plans to participate. This is important for functions sanctioned by the club as opposed to a member or members doing a show on their own. If club money is to be spent for a show it should be discussed in advance among members.

Demo Day - The club is proposing January 26, 2013 as Demo Day. We plan to have three demos in the morning and three in the afternoon to raise money for the club. Inclement weather back up date will be February 2nd. Cost for members is $25 to attend, $35 with lunch included.
