NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL

Members are summoned to a Meeting of the Council at the Village Hall, Great Totham, at 7.30 pm on Monday 17 July 2017.

Clerk to the Council

Meetings of the Council are held in public unless, by resolution, the Council decides otherwise (for example, if personal information is discussed). Time is set aside near the beginning of each meeting for the public resident in the Parish to speak about the business of the Council. The time allowed is at the discretion of the Chairman but a maximum of 10 minutes may be allowed for each subject. In the case of individual planning applications, up to three minutes are allowed for someone in favour and three minutes for someone against an application. Councillors will not enter into discussion. Apart from this session, the public are not allowed to speak at the meeting.

2. To approve the minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 12 June 2017 (enclosed).

3. To disclose the existence and nature of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests, other Pecuniary Interests or Non-Pecuniary Interests relating to items of business on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 6-10 inclusive of the Code of Conduct for Members. (Members are reminded that they should also declare interests as soon as they become aware should the need arise throughout the meeting). Members are also reminded to review and update if necessary their interests recorded in the Register of Interests and which they are required to declare under the Localism Act 2011 and the Council's Code of Conduct.
