Track Location and Information • Albuquerque’s mile-high elevation and abundant sunshine create an exhilarating outdoor arena for spirited competi- tion at UNM’s world class facilities • The track consists of an eight-lane, all weather Versa turf surface outside; inside, a natural grass surface with multiple jump and throw areas. • The UNM track stadium seats 6,000, with a spectacular view of the Sandia Mountain range. • Nearly perfect training conditions exist, with daytime highs in the 80’s; Nighttime lows in the high 40’s; and relative humidity at 30%.
