Finance and Administration James Duffie Administrative Costs • State law required Colleges to provide many annual reports. • PBSC produces, audits, and submits several reports that include financial information such as: o Annual Financial Report-Basic Financial Statement and Notes. o Cost Analysis-details costing across programs and functions. . The Cost Analysis includes the non direct instructional costs for Administrative activities. • These costs are typically considered the day to day operational cross functional support like Utilities, Facilities Maintenance, Information Technology, Logistics, Deliveries, Payroll, Accounting, Grants, Insurance, In-Service Training, Collegewide Management, and Transportation.
