A copy of your request is enclosed. Your request has been processed under the FOIA and the documents you requested are enclosed. Certain information, however, has been deleted from the enclosures. The names of NSA/ CSS employees have been deleted from the enclosures. This information is exempt from disclosure pursuant to the third exemption of the FOIA, which provides for the withholding of information specifically protected from disclosure by statute. The specific statute applicable in this case is Section 6, Public Law 86-36 (50 U.S. Code 402 note). The Initial Denial Authority for NSA information is the Deputy Associate Director for Policy and Records, Diane M. Janosek. Since these deletions may be construed as a partial denial of your request, you are hereby advised of this Agency's appeal procedures. Any person denied access to information may file an appeal to the NSA/CSS Freedom of Information Act Appeal Authority. The appeal must be postmarked no later than 60 calendar days from the date of the initial denial letter. The appeal shall be in writing addressed to the NSA/CSS FOIA Appeal Authority (DJP4), National Security Agency, 9800 Savage Road STE 6248, Fort George G. Meade, MD 20755-6248. Die gesamte Datenbank zählt nunmehr fast 37.000 Einträge. Die hier vorliegende Liste des Berichtszeitraumes 2019 enthält auch Publikationen mit Drucklegung 2020 sofern die elektronische Erstveröffentlichung bereits 2019 stattfand. Neben der für die LOM-Berechnung relevanten Publikationen enthält die Sammlung auch die an die Bibliothek abgelieferten MHH-Hochschulschriften (Habilitationen, Dissertationen etc.) sowie weitere Publikationsarten, die für die LOM-Berechnung nicht herangezogen werden, wie Case reports, Comments, Abstracts, Poster und Vor- träge. Die Sortierung nach Abteilungen folgt der Darstellung des Gliederungsplans der MHH. Die Veröffentlichungen sind den Abteilungen zugeordnet, in denen sie entstanden sind bzw. für die die LOM-Berechnung erfolgt. Die Abteilungszuordnung und die Auswahl des Publikationstyps wurde von den Meldenden in den jeweiligen Abtei- lungen vorgenommen. Jede Didaktik ist als Vermittlungs- form zudem genuin inhalts- und zielgruppenorientiert sowie dezidiert abhängig von der Person des Lehrenden und dessen inhaltlicher sowie kommunikativer Kom- petenz. Ändern sich die Inhalte, die Zielgruppen oder die Lehrenden, so müssen sich auch die Konzepte einer Didaktik methodisch und inhaltlich ändern. Deshalb sind didaktische Konzepte immer historisch gebunden, können immer nur für eine spezifische Vermittlung in einer bestimmten Zeit und mit einer bestimmten Inhalt- lichkeit für bestimmte beteiligte Personengruppen formuliert werden. Sie müssen sich bei ändernden Konstellationen jederzeit ob ihrer Passgenauigkeit hinterfragen lassen und entsprechend modifizieren. Jede statische Festlegung einer Didaktik, die sich dieser Änderungsprozesse entzieht, ist deshalb ideologisch und aufgrund ihrer fehlenden kommunikativen Flexibilität verfehlt.
