This is the highest level we can get. International President Wayne Madden is recognizing district governors for their efforts in advancing member- ship. The Winners Circle Gold Certificate is awarded to district governors in a dis- trict that has achieved positive net growth this year, and are ahead of last year. “I believe this is an award that was earned by each and every Lion who made membership a priority to their clubs. Thank you to our GMT / GLT Teams for all their efforts in this regard,” Distirct Governor Willie Brown MEET OUR NEW MEMBERS PG 6 Club Excellence Process 2013 am very pleased to report that our I district is in the process of completing a very successful “CLUB EXCELLENCE PROCESS” with the following Lions clubs in attendance: Rivers, Holland, Wawanesa, Brandon Wheat City, Brandon Keystone, Elgin, Brandon Prairie Pride, Austin, Shoal Lake, and Brandon Crocus. For our first session in Club Excellence the participation was overwhelming. Lion Lloyd McCabe and myself were so excited to facilitate the sessions for these eager clubs. These 10 clubs have all chosen to “ Make Their Clubs Stronger”. These Lions chose to take time out of their busy schedules to help the members in their clubs to serve their communities even better than they already do. We have had a very interactive session, and we will complete the 4 Step process on June 3 in Brandon Lions Manor. The GLT/GMT teams will be planning more Club Excellence Process’ in the new Lions Year, so watch for notices in the fall. LION Cheryl McKitrick 2 JUNE 2013 5M13 MANITOBA LION D.G.
