BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows :-

A.D 1913. 2 In this Act, unless the context otherwise determines, a the Ministel'" means the M inister of Lands and Works for the time being-, and includes any person appointed by him or acting under his t.rders.
Mil,ister to canse 3 It shaH be lawful fur the Minister to cause tn be constrllcted, wO/'k~ to be improved, executed, or completed, the works specIfied in Schedule (I. l, constructeu. at a cost. for each separate work not exceeding the amounts set forth in Schedule (I.). • A pprol'ria tion 4 The cost of the several works specified in Schedule (1.) shall for works in be Jefrayf'd- Schedule (1.). J. Partly out of moneys provided by Parliament. for the several works mentioned in Schedule (2.), and it shall be lawful for the State Treasurer to appropriate the same accordingly; and IJ Partiy out of moneys to be provided by Parliament for that purpose.

No. 32 Act" 188U," and "The Branch Roads Construction Act, 1 ~tn ," shall and 45 Vier.. ~o. 31 to be extend and apply to the works mentioned in Schedule (1.), as applicable. fully in all respects as if the said provisions had been incorporated in this Act.
Amendment of 7 The schedule to "The Public Works Execution Act, 1910," is schedule to hereby amended as from the commencement of that Act, in regard to 1 Geo. V. No. 51 as to Item 9H. Item 941 by inserting the words " Bridges and "immediately after the words" Renewals of" in the First line of the said item.
