Cover with rice. Put salsa on top if you're feeling adventurous. Microwave for 1 minute and you're ready to eat.

Add a small amount of water (like a tablespoon... it's just for steam). Cover with another bowl. Microwave for approximately 1 1/2 minutes (varies by amount and how soft you want your broccoli to be). Drain the broccoli. Squeeze lemon over it, and add salt/pepper if you wish.

Recipe Name: Garlic-Olive Oil Broccoli Recipe Ingredients: Raw broccoli Garlic powder olive oil teaspoon of water salt Preparation Instructions: Put broccoli in a bowl. Recipe Name: Spinach-Veggie-Cheese Quesadilla Recipe Ingredients: Tortilla, mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella, feta, black beans, onions, green peppers Preparation Instructions: place some mozzarella on tortilla, cover with mushrooms, spinach, black beans, onions, and green peppers, and then put the rest of the mozzarella and the feta on top. Put another tortilla on top and then microwave for two minutes and ENJOY!

Preparation Instructions: This is definitely a high-difficulty recipe and you must follow instruction carefully if you don't want to end up setting the toaster on fire. But the results are spectacular and definitely worth-it. Much better than a soggy microwave quesadilla. First, get a flour tortilla with no tears in it. put your filling on half the tortilla, but not right up the edge. Fold the tortilla in half. Place it gently in the conveyer belt toaster FOLD SIDE FIRST! This way, after it gets toasted it will slide neatly down the chute without spilling the fillings. Pierce the tortilla gently with a fork first if you're paranoid about it puffing up. Be sensible. Don't use anything runny or overfill your tortilla.
