A very rocky plateau which serves as the school campus. Hard to cultivate, very shallow/thin layer of top soil in between rocks. So much exposure to heat of the sun. Intervention: Teacher-implementer-collected/solicited used rubber tires from repair shops which he used as soil containers. Project Implementation – Mr. Cempron encouraged the support of other co- teachers, students and Parents Teachers Association (PTA). A sense of ownership among teachers and students The students put their names on the plots and plants they are cultivating while the PTA has a separate plots to maintain. 3.
