[email protected] SUBMITTED TO STATE LEVEL ENVIRONMENT IMPACT ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY, ANDHRA PRADESH GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Buckingham Enclave Environmental Impact Statement CONCEPTUAL PLAN/PROJECT DESCRIPTION M/s Sree Vibhava Estates proposes to construct Residential Apartments Construction Project at Ippatam, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. 1.1 THE PROJECT LOCATION The project is envisaged to develop 6.60 hectares in Survey nos. 147/1, 159/5, 161/5, 161/5A, 162/5A, 162/5A(1), 163/A,163/B, & 164/B, Ippatam, Mangalagiri Mandal , Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh into Residential Apartments for various socio economic sectors. The project would cater to various market demands and needs of the people. The project site is surrounded by open lands in all the directions. A 12 m wide road in the west direction connecting NH - 5. The nearest railway station is the Kolanukonda Railway Station at a distance of 1.2 km. 1.2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION 1.2.1 DESIGN STAGE The design of the layout and the buildings is planned based on the low impact development principles; mixed type road network/circulation network, improved Hydrology, open area, rain water harvesting structures, sewage treatment plant, refuse segregation and recycling of treated water, energy conservation by adopting high efficiency lighting fixtures and equipments, use of renewable energy systems like solar energy systems etc., and water-efficient land scaping.
