Teaching Point 1 Ball on the neck and bring your feet together. 2 Body up. Come upright so the ball starts to roll down your back. Avoid coming all the way up so that your back is straight. Leave a slight bend in your back 3 Heel- Point your toes downwards and heel the ball upwards. Keep looking forward when the ball rolls down the back of your neck. TIMING 4 PIT IT TOGETHER WITH KICK UPS COMBINE WITH OTHER SKILLS. REMEMEBER TO PLACE YOUR WEAK FOOT DIRECTLY UNDER WHERE THE BALL LANDS.
