Lackey ABS Member Since: November 1992 Occupation: Deputy commissioner, Kentucky Department of Aviation, since 2010. He was a nine-year member of the Kentucky State Senate and a former mayor/city commissioner in Henderson, Kentucky. Hometown: Frankfort, Kentucky Owns: 1958 J35 N995FM, owned for Operations ABS 34 years. He keeps his Bonanza hangared at the Capital City Airport in Frankfort, KY.
