For this purpose, four different grape cultivars were collected from five different locations in Siirt province (Turkey). Totally twenty different grape cultivars were investigated. In the present study, the antioxidant activity (total phenolic, flavonoid, proanthocyanidin content, DPPH and FRAP activity) in seeds were indicated and phylogenetic analysis (cpDNA;trnL-F region) of twenty native grape cultivars were investigated to construct their phylogenetic tree. According to reported data on antioxidant activity and content of phytochemicals, all cultivars exhibited different values from each other, but Rutik and Gadüv cultivars were found as significantly higher in comparison to others. According to bioinformatics analysis, twenty grape cultivars were distributed into six different major groups. Rutik and Sevkeye cultivars exhibit significant distinction from other grape cultivars. -
Economic Evaluation of Almond Farming. the Case of Adiyaman (Turkey)
Journal of Economics and Sustainable Development www.iiste.org ISSN 2222-1700 (Paper) ISSN 2222-2855 (Online) DOI: 10.7176/JESD Vol.10, No.18, 2019 Economic Evaluation of Almond Farming. The Case of Adiyaman (Turkey) İsmail UKAV Department of Accounting and Tax, Kahta Vacational School Adiyaman University, Adiyaman, Turkey Abstract Almond consumption is constantly increasing due to its nutritious properties. Almond production is unable to meet the growing demand in Turkey and therefore the import is done. The almond growing in Turkey, which is one of the oldest fruit species in Anatolia, is becoming increasingly important. Almonds grown in all regions except the Eastern Black Sea coasts are noteworthy for the increase in production in Southeastern Anatolia Region. Adiyaman province, which is one of the provinces of the region, has come to the point of almond growing in many respects for studying. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the existing almond growing potential of Adiyaman. The potential in almond growing of Kahta, one of the districts of Adiyaman, is in the scope of this study, as well. In the study, benefiting from Turkey's Statistics Institute data, analysis and comments have been made In addition, almond cultivation data were obtained from producers and evaluated. Using the statistical data of TSI between the years 2009-2018, the area where almond is grown, the number of bearing and non bearing trees, yield and production amounts has been determined and the increase rates during the period have been calculated. Almond production area in Adiyaman increased by 35 times and amount of production increased by 26 times during the ten years examined. -

A total of 35 species are given in the Papilionidae (2), Pieridae (11), Satyridae (8), Argynnidae (4), Lycaenidae (5) and Hesperiidae (5) families from the research area that has not been studied previously on the butterflies. Original reference, synonyms, examined materials and distributions of each species are added. However, 6 species: Euchloe ausonia (Hübner, [1804]), Pieris brassicae (Linnaeus, 1758) (Pieridae), Melitaea phoebe (Goeze, 1779) (Argynnidae), Plebejus zephyrinus (Christoph, 1884) (Lycaenidae), Carcharodus lavatherae (Esper, [1783]) and Eogenes alcides Herrich-Schäffer, [1852] (Hesperiidae) are the first record for Mardin Province. Keywords: Fauna, Butterfly, Savur, Mardin Kemal and Koçak [3] were presented first 1. INTRODUCTION exhaustive study on the synonymic list of 81 butterfies species in 2006 and afterwards, Kemal et al., [4] were listed totally 274 Lepidopteran In Turkey, 5577 Lepidoptera species are known species from Mardin Province. Furthermore, the and, among them 412 species belong to the last current list of 83 butterfly species were given Rhopalocera (Butterfly) group [1]. When by Koçak and Kemal [5] again, in their paper on compared to other nearby areas in Turkey, it is Mardin's Lepidoptera species. Also, Kocak and seen that studies on the Lepidoptera fauna of Kemal was published a revised synonymous and Mardin Province is not adequate and distributional list of butterfly and moth species comprehensive researches have not been showing distribution in Turkey in 2018. -

Siirt Ili 2016 Yili Çevre Durum Raporu
T.C. SİİRT VALİLİĞİ ÇEVRE VE ŞEHİRCİLİK İL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ SİİRT İLİ 2016 YILI ÇEVRE DURUM RAPORU HAZIRLAYAN: SİİRT ÇEVRE VE ŞEHİRCİLİK İL MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ ÇED VE ÇEVRE İZİNLERİ ŞUBE MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ SİİRT - 2017 i ÖNSÖZ Çevre, canlıların yaşamları boyunca ilişkilerini sürdürdükleri ve karşılıklı etkileşimlerde bulundukları fiziki, biyolojik, sosyal ekonomik ve kültürel ortamı içine alan sistemler bütünüdür. -
