Demir cevheri, manganez, altın, kromit ve bakır gibi metalik malzemeler ve endüstriyel toprak, silika, kaolin, kömür, inşaat malzemeleri ve granit gibi dekoratif taşlar Horasan Razavi eyaletinin ana madenleridir. Nişabur firuze taşı dünyaca ünlü bir değerli taşdır. Dünya çapında sadece 9 firuze taş madeni bulunmaktadır ancak en kaliteli firuze taşı Nişabur firuzesi olduğu bilinmektedir. Ostandaki Enerji Üretimi Petrol (Rafineriler dahil): İran kuzeydoğu bölgesinde bulunan tek petrol rafinesi Khorasan Razavi eyaletinde yer almaktadır. Doğalgaz (Rafineriler dahil): Meşhed'in 180 km kuzeydoğusunda ve Serakhs sınır kentinin 25 km kuzeybatısında ve 50'ye 70 kilometrekarelik bir alanda T.C. Tahran Büyükelçiliği Ticaret Müşavirliği yer alan Hasheminejad (Khangiran) adlı Doğal gaz havuzu bulunmaktadır, Şu anda, Mozduran ve Shurijeh adlı üç deposundan günde yaklaşık 60 milyon metreküp gaz üretimi yapmaktadır. Khangiran Gaz Rafinerisi, yılda yaklaşık 164 milyon litre sıvılaştırılmış gazı (ekşi ve tatlı) üretmektedir. Elektrik: 16.134 Milyon kwh, ülkedeki payı %5.58 Yenilenebilir Enerji (Halihazır ve Potansiyel), hidroelektrik, rüzgar, güneş, jeotermal, biyokütlede potansiyeli: Horasan Razavi eyalet çapında Khaf, Taybad, Chenaran, Gonabad, Quchan, Neishabour, Kashmar'da yenilenebilir (rüzgar) ve güneş enerjisi sistemleri (yenilenebilir) tesisatı bulunmaktadır. Horasan Razavi eyalet çapında Güneş enerjisi santralleri üzerinde toplam 31.331.806 KW/Saat elektrik üretilmektedir. Ostanın Ekonomisindeki Hizmet Detayları Bankacılık, Kredi Kurumları, Sigortacılık ve Sarraflık (Garzülhasane Bankaları Dahil) İran da Bankacılık sistemi tamamen İran Merkez bankası kontrolu altında olduğundan tüm resmi bankaların şubeleri her eyalette bulunmaktadır, aynı durum kredi kurumları için de geçerlidir. İran Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumuna bağlı SSK’ların şubeleri de ülke çapında bulunmaktalar. E-mail: [email protected], Tel.: +98 915 126 44 26 Abstract Background: The purpose of this research was evaluating the status of TQM in sports and youth bureaus of Khorasan-e Razavi province, Iran. Materials and Methods: Statistical population of the study was consisted of all employees at sports and youth bureaus of Khorasan-e Razavi province, Iran (340 persons). We selected, randomly, 180 participants out of them through Morgan's scale. After distributing the 8-scale questionnaire of total quality management among them, we collected the data and the results were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts of sports management and its reliability was determined to be 0.93 using Cronbach's alpha test. Results and Discussions: Results showed that there was a significant difference between sports and youth bureaus of Khorasan-e Razavi province in terms of implementing TQM. There is also a significant difference between these bureaus in terms of meeting the 8 criteria of TQM (Executive support and leadership, management process, data analysis, customer service, relation with service providers, improvement of quality system, kaizen and employees participation) (p<0.05).

(Received: 23 July 2015 ; Accepted: 5 June 2016 ) The reptile's fauna of Sabzevar was investigated during 10 years (2003-2013). In total 42 species belonging to 29 genera, 13 families and two orders (Squamata and Testudines) were collected and identified. The most diverse group in the area is lizards with 23 species, followed by snakes with 18 species and the testudines with one species. The most diverse families are Colubridae, Lacertidae with 8 and Gekkonidae with 5 species respectively, followed by Agamidae with 4 species, Viperidae, Boidae and Scincidae with 3 species each, Lamrophiidae and Spherodactylidae with 2 species and 4 families Elapidae, Thyphlopidae, Varanidae and Testudonidae with only one species each. Key words: biodiversity; reptiles; Sabzevar; Northeastern Iran. INTRODUCTION The herpetofauna of Iran is rich and diverse. In terms of species richness and taxonomic diversity of reptiles, this area is harbor of the most remarkable reptile faunas within the western Palearctic region (Sindaco and Jeremcenkov, 2008; Rastegar-Pouyani et al., 2011). The Iranian herpetofauna consists of nine species and six subspecies of Testudines (Chelonia; turtles, terrapins, and tortoises), one species of Crocodilian, one species of amphisbaenian, more than 146 species of Lacertilia (lizards), and about 85 species of Serpentes (snakes)(Smid et al., 2014).
