3 Justice (Equality of Access) Bill: Presentation (Standing Order No. 57) Frank Field presented a Bill to place a duty on the Lord Chancellor to ensure equality of access to legal representation and the justice system for people of all socio-economic groups. Bill read the first time; to be read a second time tomorrow, and to be printed (Bill 436).
