E- Tenders are invited from the bonafied supplier for supply of Dry Ration to Deer Population to Bethuadahari Wild Life Sanctuary during 2020-21, under Nadia-Murshidabad Division on the conditions mentioned below.

General Terms & Conditions

 This e-tender is floated for “SUPPLY OF DRY RATION FOR DEER POPULATION AT BETHUDAHARI WILD LIFE SANCTUARY for the year 2020-21”.  Interpretation:  The terms 1st party means the Divisional Forest Officer, & 2nd party means the supplier whose tender accepted by the 1st party Site of works means the Bethuadahari Wildlife Sanctuary, Bethuadahari, Nadia.  Contract means an agreement between the 1st party & 2nd party where conditions, specifications, quality of the works will be written.  The price must be mentioned against each item separately per Kg. This price will be valid & fixed for the financial year 2020-21.No variation of prices will be entertained.

 The materials should be fresh, clean and at per quality of the sample submitted by the tenderer during submission of tender. If the supply is found to be inferior one, the tender even approved and accepted will be cancelled at any point of time and security money will be forfeited to Government of West Bengal. The supplier will be intimated in this connection and after that the undersigned does not bind himself to entertain any correspondence in this matter.  Person interested are requested to visit the site of works as mentioned above before the submission of tender.  Earnest Money Rs 5000.00 may be remitted as per Finance Department, Govt. of West Bengal’s order No. 3975- F(Y) Dated 28th July, 2016 against the project as mentioned in the schedule.

 The Earnest money of successful tenderer will be released after deposition of Security money for the Tender Notice and signing of the agreement in the prescribed form. The earnest money of the unsuccessful tenderers will be released to them on their written request for the same as per existing Govt. guideline.  The officer opening the tender is not bound himself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to refuse or accept any tender without assigning any reason for such acceptance or refusal. The undersigned has reserved the right to cancel the tender at any moment of time even after the opening of the tender without showing any reason thereof.

 Every successful tenderer will be required to pay a Security Deposit as per work order issued within 7(seven) days from the date of acceptance of tender and signing agreement in the prescribed form on the date of payment of Security Money. The Security Money will be calculated to the nearest rupee.This is to mention here that part work order will be issued and assessing the quality and specification of materials subsequent work order may be issued for the year 2018-19. The undersigned does not bind himself to issue single work order for 24 fortnight.  Delivery of materials will have to be given to the Beat Officer, Bethuadahari Wild Life Sanctuary Beat at Bethuadahari as indicated in the schedule attached.  Separate challan against each supply to be submitted duly countersigned by the Beat Officer, Bethuadahari WLS Beat and Range Officer,Krishnagar Range while submitting the bill for payment to the undersigned.  The Security Deposit Money will not be released until satisfactory completion report is received from the Range Officer concerned.  In case of any dispute of quality of the materials, the decision of Divisional Forest Officer, Nadia- Murshidabad Division will be final and binding.  Normally, there shall be no part payment, the payment will be made depending upon the availability of the fund.  The supplier will be paid through Treasury from the undersigned end after receipt of completion report from the concerned Range Officer.  This supply must be started by the successful tenderer within 7(seven) days from the date of issue of work order.  The sample of each item of food materials to be supplied should be produced to the Divisional Forest Officer, Nadia-Murshidabad Division, by all intending tenderers at the time of submission of the Earnest Money Deposit of the tender in triplicate form.  If there is any irregularity in supply and the food materials supplied are noticed to be substandard for feeding the deer at Bethuadahari Wild Life Sanctuary, Security money will be forfeited to the Government without any notice and the second lowest Tenderer will be offered for supply of food materials as per terms & conditions laid prescribed by the Government or fresh tender may be invited.  Income tax would be deducted from bill in addition to other dues if any, as per rate prescribed by the Government.  The intending tenderer can participate in the tender for one or more or all items to be covered under this tender.  It is preferred that tenderer shall produce credential certificate from the Government Department to the effect that he has done the same work/similar nature of works in any Govt.  The food materials shown in the enclosed schedule are approximate which may be modified, if considered necessary.  In course of finalization of the issue, if any dispute arises, formal prayer may be made to the Chief Conservator of Forests, South-East, West Bengal whose decision will be treated as final.
