EXCHANGE RATES The noon buying rate in New York City for cable transfers in foreign currencies as certified for customs purposes by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York was Rs.43.10 per $1.00 on March 30, 2007 for the conversion of Rupees into US Dollars.
