Recipients of Mexican Drug Cartel Lords serve largely in the Democratic Party, and even a few in the Republican Party. Three Factors are Needed for the Financial Reset

I will state again that virtually all of you have never heard of the term “GESARA” before now; however, don’t feel like you’ve been left out of the loop. Most people in the United States of America have never heard of it either. Since the days of President Clinton, the leaders of this country have had a gag order on any mention or news about it.

As a quick review “GESARA” was a “US Citizen Freedom from Debt” ruling by the US Supreme Court resulting from a Farmers Lawsuit that muddled through the courts during the 1980’s. The case proved that since the 1600’s, U.S. During 1871-1900’s, taxpayer dollars had been illegally laundered through what was known as the Rothschild’s privately-owned IRS, the Federal Reserve and Cabal corporations of the District of Columbia, the City of London and the Holy See (U.S. Inc., Queen Elizabeth Crown Corp. and the Vatican) who then controlled use of the monies through Central Banks across the globe – with political elites filling their pockets along the way.

President Clinton had signed off on “GESARA,” though neither he, nor any U.S. President since, had implemented the law – until Donald Trump was elected the 45th President of the U.S.A. Should President Donald J. Trump succeed in this attempt to destroy the Rothschild’s “Golden Goose” money machine business model, he will go down in history as America’s Greatest President. Conversely, if he fails, he is likely to face the same fate as former Presidents Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy! It is seriously that simple. I hope you are beginning to see why this is the Biggest News Story of 2019, and likely the century! The House of Rothschild takes no prisoners.

A plan by what was known as the “Alliance,” had been in motion since “GESARA” was signed into law, though not implemented. The Plan involved revaluing the fiat US dollar into a gold/asset-backed Note, restoring the original U.S. Constitution and working with approximately 209 nations to revalue their currencies through what has been termed as a “Global Currency Reset” – that was now within days of announcement at the 2019 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland held on January 22-25. President Trump said he would not be going to the economic meeting at Davos, Switzerland. It commences the lead off of yearly meetings of the world leaders. Some of you who get your news from the Internet may have heard that term “Global Currency Reset” or (GCR).

The Cabal is a global criminal operation composed of private parties who have controlled the global monetary system since its inception in 1693. By the 1800’s a Satan- worshipping Vatican and the Queen’s Bank of London were using their privately owned U.S. Inc.’s Federal Reserve and IRS to funnel U.S. Taxpayer dollars through their Central Banks, thus controlling the global monetary system, as well as filling their own pockets and various politicians they wished to influence along the way.

One of the reasons you have not heard, read, or known anything about it is related to the fact that the world’s elite globalists do not want to surrender to the new business model for the world’s economic states. The House of Rothschild sits at the pinnacle of global economic and financial power. They are simply not going to roll over and surrender the goose that has laid the golden eggs for over 400 years. Ask yourself this: would you want to surrender a good deal if it was your private business model functioning as a Monopoly?

This is why I refer to this series as the “Biggest News Story of 2019,” and perhaps the Century. Truly, “There Are No Statute of Limitations on FRAUD!” The question that people will most likely ask next is, when do I see the fruits of this in my pocketbook? I wish the process was that simple. We are seeing the Democrats stonewalling President Trump’s efforts to build a wall on our Southern borders. Pelosi and Schumer themselves, have actually voted years ago to do exactly what President Trump is attempting to do through regular legislative channels. He has the power to issue an executive order or a presidential directive to build a wall should he so choose to do so. He is working hard to bring this about through the regular process of legislation.

One of the ingenious plans designed to thwart this global criminal operation was the idea of flooding the industrially developed nations with an invasion of immigrants. The “Crown”, the Jesuit-Vatican, and their Rothschild “Fiduciary” Agents came up with a plan to obfuscate “GESARA” thereby preventing its implementation. By paying third world countries to mobilize their masses to invade both Europe and the USA, they have succeeded in destroying Sweden, France, Germany, Belgium, and Denmark. All of this has obstructed the implementation of the “GESARA” provisions.

On January 13, 2019, the ‘New York Times’, reported that the FBI had been exposed for a coup attempt on President Trump. At this point, the matter is getting alarming. All of the following are connected to this in a number of ways:

No fewer than twenty-eight individuals are guilty of Treason! One of the reasons that President Trump wanted to do it through the regular legislative process was to ensure the Constitutional process still works, as it was created to do in 1787. The Constitution was penned, edited, redrafted, and ratified on September 17th, 1787. He wanted to make a point. What few people seem to realize is that efforts have been underway for a long time to destroy our form of government. We are a Republic, not a Democracy! Communists, Marxists, and Socialists want to undermine, destroy, and lead us into a Global “One World” System. Under pure democracy, rule is majority rule. That simply means 51% is a simple majority, but it does not protect the minority of the other 49%. The form of government that is a Republic protects the rights of all its citizens.

Most of the democrats and some of the RINO’s (Republican In Name Only) are doing their best to sabotage the Constitution and the American way of life. Socialism’s popularity is reviving in America. Most of the “Millennials” have been deluded into believing Socialism is some sort of panacea, but it is nothing more than stealing from one group, redistributing income to another group, while the government takes its cut in the entire process.

During President Trump’s visit to the Southern border at McAllen, TX in the US, the commander of the Border Patrol stated a week earlier, that the various law enforcement agencies involved in border patrol, and customs had arrested illegals from 41 different countries other than those from Mexico

4 and Central America. All were attempting to enter this country illegally.

The short of this is that the Vatican is at the head of the push to promote the “freedom of people to immigrate without regard for laws involving crossing national borders.” Moreover, it is using its financial arm, its “Fiduciary” Agents the Rothschild’s and its globalist lieutenants like George Soros and his Open Society, all to serve the purpose of flooding a country with an invasion of poor and uneducated masses that will overwhelm and break the economic foundation of developed countries around the world, and in particular the United States.

President Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 as the government was headed home for the Christmas holidays. Wilson was correct, as his deathbed confession stated. Woodrow Wilson was the 28th President of the United States. He served from 1913 to 1921 and he had one huge regret during his presidency. A decision that would end up haunting him until the day he died. Here’s what Wilson said on his deathbed:

“I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country.

A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men.

We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world.

No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.”

If you’re not clear about this bit of history, President Wilson was talking about the Federal Reserve. He realized that a group of men had tricked him into securing passage of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. He never got over it. In the years leading up to his election as President, Wilson had been having an affair with the wife of the President of Princeton University. She kept Woodrow Wilson’s love letters and sought $40,000 in blackmail money to keep their secret affair secret. On March 4, 1913, Woodrow Wilson was elected the 28th President of the United States. Shortly after he was inaugurated, he was visited in the White House by an Ashkenazi Jew named Samuel Untermyer of a law firm, Guggenheim, Untermyer, and Marshall, who tried to blackmail him for the sum of $40,000 in relation to an affair Wilson had while he was a professor at Princeton University, with a fellow professor’s wife. President Wilson did not have the money. Untermyer volunteered to pay the $40,000 out of his own pocket to the woman Wilson was having the affair with, on the condition that Wilson promise to appoint a nominee to be recommended by Untermyer to the first vacancy on the United States Supreme Court. Wilson agreed to this arrangement. Jacob Schiff set the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) up in the United States. This organization is formed to slander anyone who

5 questions or challenges the global conspiracy of the Rothschild’s and claiming such individuals to be “anti-Semitic.” Strangely enough, the same year this League is established, they also set up their last and current central bank in America, the Federal Reserve. Following the passing of the Federal Reserve Act on December 23, Congressman Charles Lindbergh stated, “The Act establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President signs this Bill, the invisible government of the monetary power will be legalized…….The greatest crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill.” It is of the utmost importance to note that the Federal Reserve is a private company; it is neither Federal nor does it have any Reserve. It is conservatively estimated that profits exceed $150 billion per year and the Federal Reserve has never once in its history published accounts. Interestingly, the Federal Reserve Act promised that the new central bank was going to “bring monetary stability” to the United States. Nearly 106 years later, look where we are today!

Why is GESARA even necessary?

The existing governing authority “cabal” has intentionally and methodically hidden humanity’s historic truth and this is why “GESARA” implementation is necessary now, as the global community has been tasked with stopping and reversing the momentum of such a rebellious and blatant action against the Creator and the human species. The global task of humanity is to put an end to the cabal of deceit as well as re-institute universal truth and justice without further delay or negotiation.

What might GESARA manifest?

Below are 25 specific items, but expect dozens more: 1. Restore Constitutional Law in the Republic of the United States of America. 2. Remove USA, Inc. administration officials and all members of the US Congress from their positions due to their continuous unconstitutional actions. 3. Forces the USA, Inc.’s President, the Vice-President, Cabinet members, and all members of Congress to leave office. 4. Suspends all elections everywhere in the world, at all sovereign levels of government. 5. Allows the new Republic of the United States appointees to temporarily govern the country’s affairs until fair and legal elections can be held. 6. Allows the Republic’s military law enforcement to physically remove or eliminate any obstacle impeding the GESARA law. 7. Allows the Republic Congress to implement the natural Constitutional Line of Succession. 8. Eliminates all “states of emergency” thus declaring peace for every land abiding by “GESARA” and its alliance.

9. Forces the US military to immediately remove troops from all sovereign nations who no longer willingly accept them to reside on their soil. That includes Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and the Philippines. 10. Zeroing out of credit card balances and bank debt relief worldwide. 11. Activates the Republic’s Treasury Bank and the Republic’s Treasury, along with a gold backed U.S. Note currency printed and overseen by the Republic of the United States and not the Federal Reserve which will now be marginalized until eliminated. 12. All Federal Income Tax lies will be abolished, as will the old tax code; and a new easier, simpler and global tax code will be implemented on non-essential items. Essential items such as food and medicine, and used items, are exempt from the sales tax. 13. The IRS, FEMA, and Shadow Government Lobbyists will all be jailed, arrested or worse. 14. Creates a new 17% flat rate sales tax revenue for the government on non-essential new items only. 15. Increases benefits to senior citizens and makes them permanent. 16. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional candidates within 120 days after G.E.S.A.R.A.’s announcement. An interim government will quietly be put in place so as to handle the nation’s affairs until new leaders can be democratically elected. 17. International Monitors will be present to prevent illegal voter ballot stuffing or fraudulent election activities of special interest groups. 18. A new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals will be issued into public circulation. 19. Eliminates birth certificate records to be used as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation. 20. Restores financial privacy globally. 21. Resets all judges and attorneys back to Constitutional Law. 22. Ceases all aggressive, government military actions worldwide–including the Middle East. 23. Establishes peace throughout the world as monitored by the UN Security Council. 24. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes across planet earth. 25. Enables the release of thousands of hidden patents for suppressed technologies currently held under the guise of national security – including free energy devices, anti-gravity and sonic healing machines.

Judge Anna Von Reitz enters the picture at this point in the larger story of “GESARA.” Judge Von Reitz is the author of several books dealing with how the American people have been victimized by politicians going back to the days of President Abraham Lincoln. Her most important work is ‘You Know Something is Wrong When.....: An American Affidavit of Probable Cause’ and ‘Disclosure 101: What You Need To Know.’

Although the “minefield” of issues is huge, President Trump has been using all the legal means available to extract the USA out from under the Globalist’s control; by its nature, it is not a simple matter. Even reading this causes us great concern for the successful outcome of what President Trump is undertaking. A decade ago, he was selected by patriotic Generals and Admirals to be the candidate and ultimately the President that would navigate the global “minefield” of such a massive change. Success would certainly qualify President Trump to be the greatest President of the United States; and, failure would certainly see the globalist’s crushing the world’s opposition.

As such we are at a staging point where thirty years of corrupt politicians are being brought to accountability, and prosecuted under the laws of the land and the Constitution. Since mid-December of 2018, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham has been “all in” for President Trump’s “THE PLAN.” In my opinion, Senator Graham seems to have been fully briefed by the President himself. Having retired at the rank of Colonel in 2015, Senator Graham is also a retired reserve Judge Advocate (military lawyer) in the United States Air Force. After law school, Lindsey joined the United States Air Force as a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps, where he acted as a military prosecutor and defense attorney. During his six years of active duty, Senator Graham served both stateside and in Europe and was involved in countless cases. The important point here is that Senator Graham has become a “cheerleader” for the President; this is a clear indicator revealing his support and backing for President Trump’s “THE PLAN.”

October 29, 2016 was a watershed date for this unfolding situation, and what I call the “Biggest Story of 2019, and perhaps the Century. What follows is background information provided by Judge Anna Von Reitz, myself, and others, which, for the most part, most individuals would not be at all familiar with or aware of.

Judge Anna says, “I am sorry, but the real General Roy Schwasinger, who was a long- time friend of my mother's and many of the other desperate Wisconsin dairy farmers who joined the NFO [National Farmer's Organization] back in the 1970's, 80's and 90's, would turn over in his grave if he heard the claptrap now being spread about “NESARA.” And the so-called “GESARA,” the Global Government version 2.0--- would not be at all well-received, either.”

Please note that the writers of all these articles about “NESARA” never nail the name of the legislation down. Pay attention--- very close attention--- to the words.

Those who have read my articles about the Great Fraud which has been engulfing our nation and the entire world will be familiar with this con artist technique called "mirroring.” The perpetrators set up two (or more) deceptively similar names and confuse people deliberately. It works hand in hand with another con job technique called "Bait and Switch"---- you offer a superior product or deal, and at the last minute "switch" to a much lower grade product.

The classic example is buying a thoroughbred race horse named "Glory and Honor" and being shown a beautiful, high-spirited, young animal named "Glory n' Honour"--- only to sign on the dotted line and receive instead "Glory and Honor"---- a Thoroughbred race horse all right, the Great-Great-Great-Grandsire of the horse you thought you were buying.

First, you are confused by the deceptively similar names, and then second, you make natural, innocent----but wrong--- assumptions about the information you've been given, and third, acting upon those wrong assumptions you commit to buying something or supporting an action that brings unexpected and unfortunate results. This is happening with NESARA, too.

The anonymous writers of these Intel-Updates routinely talk about the "National Economic Security and Reformation Act" which Schwasinger pioneered, and in the same breath, they talk about the "National Economic Stability and Reformation Act"--- note the deceptively similar names?

They talk up the great popular selling points of the actual, original NESARA legislation and associate it with competent and honorable men like Schwasinger----- and then having garnered popular support for something called “NESARA"----- substitute and push through the ringer legislation which is also called "NESARA."

The same trick is being used to mask the actual ‘Economic Stability Fund’ and confuse it with the deceptively named ‘Economic Security Fund’, both of which are abbreviated "ESF" so that it is impossible for anyone to know which fund the rats are talking about at any given moment, except from context.

The Economic Stability Fund was established to control the amount of various national and private currencies in circulation and keep the fiat money system in balance. The world's top bankers could determine, for example, that there were too many Yen in circulation (in their opinion anyway) and the Japanese economy was exploding due to a ready money supply.

If this was not in line with their plans --- for example, to take over the Japanese auto manufacturing sector---they would simply use other currencies from the Economic Stability Fund to buy up large quantities of Yen on the world market and remove them from circulation.

Reducing the supply of a currency hedges it against inflation but it also puts a curb on the growth of the targeted national economy. In this way, the bankers manipulated and controlled both money supplies and national economies at will. This Fund was created by agreement and collusion among the major central banks--- they simply printed up more or less of specific fiat currencies----and kept "pushing" and "pulling" currency supplies around using the Economic Stability Fund to do it.

Imagine that you are a gardener and you have an array of fertilizers to choose from---- organic and inorganic, bone meal, fish meal, blood meal, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, manure..... and you can choose which sector of the garden gets fertilized and which does not,

9 and which fertilizers are applied and in what amount. This is essentially the position that the major central bankers garnered for themselves---- the “Exchange Stabilization Fund” has functioned as their fertilizer supply warehouse. The (ESF) was a secret Fed unknown to anyone! The “Exchange Stabilization Fund” is the correct name for this secret fund!

This is the "$800 Trillion dollars" these yahoos are talking about that was supposedly discovered during a military audit of the Federal Reserve in the early 1990's. They neglected to tell you that this vast stockpile of currency was only denominated in "dollars"---- and that it is actually composed of all world currencies and that it has been used to manipulate the supply of all world currencies. It did not come from the "U.S. Taxpayers". It came from printing presses and digital account ledgers controlled and manipulated by Central Banks and it represents the single largest counterfeiting and commodity market rigging scheme in world history.

They also neglected to tell you why you are finally hearing about this and something is finally being done about it going on eighty+ years after the fact. For now, note the name “Exchange Stabilization Fund.” It was part of President Roosevelt’s 1934 Gold Act and is connected to the above money like grandma’s “sugar bowl” hidden away, and you thought the country was broke! This story has many threads to the larger tapestry!

The “Exchange Stabilization Fund” is a different animal entirely, but also represents a vast asset fund compiled to secure the US Dollar and buffer it against outside manipulation of the kind just described. The focus of this Fund was not to manipulate world monetary supplies, per se, but to guarantee the position of the U.S. dollar as a Reserve Currency for the world.

Advanced digital counterfeiting by foreign nations including Thailand, the Philippines, China, and North Korea have effectively undermined the operations of these funds and the entire kingdom of paper created by the central banks.

Those of you who have your thinking caps on should be asking yourselves some highly interesting questions right about now--- like, why is the military involved in any of this? Why General Schwasinger? Why the Chief of Naval Operations? And if the military Top Brass has been aware of this criminality since the 1990's, why haven't they taken action to put an end to it?

The short answer is that the military is at the root of the problem and since 1863 always has been. In that year, President Abraham Lincoln adopted the Lieber Code and issued General Order 100 as Commander-in-Chief. This placed the responsibility for our nation's future and for the security of our money in the hands of the Grand Army of the Republic and General Ulysses S. Grant---- who was a tough soldier, a decent man, and didn't know diddly about international finance.

The next day, Lincoln bankrupted the original United States (the Virginia Trading Company) and relinquished his position as Chief Executive Officer. He continued to function in the Office of Commander-in-Chief. Every United States President since then has executed his

10 office by acting as the Commander-in-Chief. And the responsibility for protecting our money has remained with the military, too. Note this title, as President Trump uses it accurately and appropriately as he works to remove the Old Guard system.

The problem is that the military depends on the politicians for its own funding, a basic conflict of interest and power. The present situation with General Dunford and the "treasury" in Reno and what they are calling the "New Republic" speaks volumes about this same conflict.

The actual United States Treasury ceased to exist in 1921 and throughout my lifetime whatever United States Treasury there has been, equates with the International Monetary Fund. That's why the US Secretary of the Treasury is the head of the IMF Board of Governors.

After the Civil War, the independent Treasury continued in modified form, as each administration tried to cope with its weaknesses in various ways. Secretary of the Treasury, Leslie M. Shaw (1902–1907) made many innovations; he attempted to use Treasury funds to expand and contract the money supply according to the nation's credit needs. The Panic of 1907, however, finally revealed the inability of the system to stabilize the money market; agitation for a more effective banking system led to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913. Government funds were gradually transferred from the sub-treasuries to district banks, and an act of Congress in 1920 mandated the closing of the last sub-treasuries in the following year, thus bringing the Independent Treasury System to an end.

After President Andrew Jackson vetoed the bill to re-charter the Bank of the United States, he transferred (1833) government funds from the bank to state banks (known as the "pet banks”). Those banks, however, used the funds as a basis for speculation, which was already rampant and was soon to be further increased by the distribution of the federal surplus among the states. The situation was brought to a head by Jackson's issue of the Specie Circular (1836), which led to a drain on the "pet banks" and their collapse in the Panic of 1837. President Martin Van Buren then proposed that an independent treasury be set up that would be isolated from all banks. The proposal met considerable opposition and failed to pass the House of Representatives in 1837 and again in the sessions of 1837–1838 and 1838–1839.

The military has been charged with protecting our money, but our money has at the same time, been used by the bankers and politicians to keep the military from actually doing its job. An uneasy see-saw of conflicted interests has been the result. On one hand, the military has held its mandate to protect the nation's money over the banker's heads, and on the other, it has been stuck begging for their own budget from politicians who are controlled by the bankers.

Around and around it goes, with the military for the most part scowling and shuffling and letting the bankers and politicians do whatever they want, in exchange for ample defense budgets. That may be cruel to say and in a few cases of individuals who have fought the fight, like Roy Schwasinger, even unjustly, but the proof is in the pudding overall---- and that proof

11 shows that despite knowing about the criminality of the Central Bankers and the unauthorized usurpations of the members of Congress, our military has failed to take any truly effective and meaningful action and it remains to be seen whether they will do anything now.

Like all the other so-called "federal functions" the US Military has been largely privatized and has been manipulated into functioning as an international commercial mercenary force [police force]. They have been used and abused as the muscle behind the private profit agendas of the bankers and politicians for generations----rubber and drugs in Vietnam, oil and more drugs in the Middle East, minerals and drugs in Africa and Afghanistan.

In 2015 the Queen’s company (SERCO) stopped paying the US Military payroll. This caused a brief panic worldwide, because in addition to its unsavory duties, the U.S. Military has also performed the role of international policeman. Hence, we had Karen Hudes jumping up and down and claiming that our military might would be decimated and claiming that she was in control and that the World Bank would have to come save us------after stealing us blind. The Chinese volunteered to take over the policeman duties. The UN accepted. La-Dee-Dah! [Editor Comment: I will explain later just who and what SERCO is and how it operates in this incredible scam].

General Dunford and the rest of the Joint Chiefs of Staff were placed between a rock and a hard place, but not for long. The Central Bank of FRANCE came to the rescue (which also funded the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and through the IMF created the now-being- liquidated UNITED STATES, INC.) in the person of its chief stockholder, Jacob Rothschild.

The motivations for doing so are plain to see. The International Monetary Fund is the off-shoot of the Bank of France and the IMF is in deep trouble if it can't recoup by forcing the American people to pay off the Odious Debts that it has racked up and charged off to our accounts without our knowledge and consent. Therefore, it becomes important to the Bank of France (and Jacob Rothschild) to keep the U.S. Military in guns and ammo. Not only can he charge us royally for this "service" but he can then continue to use the U.S. Military as a counterpoint to safeguard European investments worldwide.

The so-called "New Republic" was born as a bastard of necessity, as a result of European banking interests hauling their own fat out of the fire and seeking to maintain control of American trade and foreign policies, natural resources, and labor assets. And since the IMF and the regime we have endured since 1946 calling itself the UNITED STATES and this current "New Republic" effort are all French-based, this is why I have dubbed it "La Neu Republique."

It has nothing to do with honoring The Constitution. The same group of hoodlums has been in control of the UNITED STATES, INC. since 1946 and as we can all testify, honoring The Constitution has never been their practice in the past and we have no reason to think that it will be in the future--- aside from all the lip-service being given to it now. I am sure we are all grateful to Jacob Rothschild for saving his own bacon and in the process preserving European civilization as we know it, but on the other hand, we are not happy with the service we have received in the past and have no desire to be the goats in yet another round of fraud and pillaging.

This is why we have said "thanks, but no thanks" to any claim that the "New Republic" is the Successor to Contract and why we have counter-offered a pay-as-we-go arrangement pending full disclosure and a national plebiscite in which Americans can finally and freely choose their course going forward.

As for the "Dragon Families" and all the Hoorah associated with that line of propaganda- --- ask yourselves: "Would Mao allow Chinese Elders in possession of the world's gold reserves to get by unscathed in the midst of building the People's Republic of China?" And the answer is? Also ask yourselves---- if these "Chinese Elders" are so rich and so philanthropic in nature, where have they been the last several hundred years? And why have the people of China been kept so poor? Because all this talk about "Chinese Elders" is, generally speaking, and with rare exception, tripe. Just another cover story, more lies, and more cloak and dagger.

It's true that the Chinese people were owed a large sum of gold, plus interest, from the New York Federal Reserve, which had the gold on deposit from the former Nationalist Chinese government since 1928. It's true that when the People's Republic of China discovered this fact, they brought a legal suit through Neil Keenan in New York District Court to recover the gold on deposit.

It is also true that Neil Keenan’s efforts stalled out, initially, because the Court admitted that the entity he was attempted to sue was bankrupt and had been discharged in bankruptcy as of 1999, so that he and the Chinese were trying to get blood out of a turnip and asking the Court to provide relief that simply couldn't be provided.

Since the outset of it, Judge von Reitz supported Keenan's effort in this regard. There was no doubt about it! That gold was owed to the Chinese fair and square. Just as $387 billion worth of gold was being held by Karen Hudes' "Global Debt Facility" and had been confiscated as far back as the 1930's, so also, this gold in fact belongs to the American People including their children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren!

Thanks to a standing case in the World Court brought by Dr. Hendo Henderson in 2002, the Chinese were finally able to collect on the debt owed to them by the New York Federal Reserve and that formed the first basis of their sudden, inexplicable wealth. But there is more going on here than simply recouping gold deposits and interest owed from a long time ago. I have reason to believe that we are in the process of witnessing another "Vanishing."

As Judge Anna von Reitz speculated when she used the term “Vanishing” of the Gold, it is far more complex than anyone can fully comprehend. My interest came about when I read ‘Gold Warriors: America’s Secret Recovery of Yamashita’s Gold’ authored by Sterling and Peggy

Seagrave in 2006. It goes into depth on how the CIA was instrumental in the gold recovery under the cover of secrecy concerning National Security from 1946 and directly links to the George H.W. Bush crime family thefts and then later to the cover-up through the WTC attacks on 9/11.

The Global Currency Reset is a complicated process about a global reset of currencies, the removal of the Khazarian [Rothschild’s] mafia and bringing with it the restoration of the U.S. Republic and the original U.S. Constitution. At present the process is playing out with no holds barred and is expected to be completed within the near future. How soon remains unsure!

Those higher rates are said to be funded out of $800 trillion in US taxpayer monies that were illegally taken by the Federal Reserve during the Bush Administration and then confiscated during the 1992 Federal Reserve audit. At present the monies are in European bank accounts awaiting the GCR, i.e., the Global Currency Reset of “GESARA!”

History of the New Republic and Global Currency Reset Process:

1. I recommend that readers review a short trailer of the to-be-released documentary "Eagle One to Wanta." This major film documentary covers how President Reagan's secret agent Ambassador Lee Emil Wanta amassed $3.8 Trillion (not Billions, but Trillions) through a negotiated agreement with the Soviet Secretary, General Mikhail Gorbachev during the fall of the Soviet Union. The $3.8 Trillion was designed to go back to the American people but was stolen by the Federal Reserve System! Wanta has pledged to eliminate our national debt overnight after a 2006 U.S. District Court mandate is honored that would return the money. 2. Since its inception the US monetary system has been owned and run by the Cabal, i.e., the House of Rothschild’s known as the Khazarian mafia, North American Union and U.S. Incorporated (Corporation of the United States), which is simply a privately owned Maritime Corporation out of Puerto Rico. On April 15th, when U.S. taxpayers “voluntarily” pay “income” taxes, their checks are deposited into a Trust Account of the Rothschild IMF bank located in the Territory of Puerto Rico. You would think it would be deposited in a U.S. bank in the USA, but it is not. That should raise some serious questions, big questions as to WHY? The IRS is nothing more than a “collection agency” for the IMF, International Monetary Fund. At some unknown date prior to 1940, another Bureau of Internal Revenue was established in Puerto Rico. The 62nd Trust Fund was created and named Trust Fund #62 Puerto Rico special fund (Internal Revenue). Note that the Puerto Rico special fund has Internal Revenue, capital "I" & "R". The Philippine special fund (internal revenue) is in lower case letters. World War II was the golden opportunity. Americans were willing to sacrifice almost anything if they thought that sacrifice would win the war. In that atmosphere Congress passed the Victory Tax Act. It mandated an Income Tax for the years 1943 and 1944 to be filed in the years 1944 and 1945. The Victory Tax Act automatically expired at the end of 1944. With the use of clever language, the Federal Government created the myth that the tax was applicable to ALL Americans. Because of their desire to win the war and because of IGNORANCE OF THE LAW, Americans filed and paid the tax. The Government promoted the FRAUD AND THREATENED THOSE WHO OBJECTED. Americans "forgot" that the law expired in 2 years. When the date had come and gone, they continued to keep "records;" they continued to file; and they continued to pay the income tax. The Federal Government continued to print returns and COLLECT THE TAX. NEVER MIND THE FACT THAT NO CITIZEN OF ANY OF THE SEVERAL STATES OF THE UNION WAS EVER LIABLE TO PAY THE TAX IN THE FIRST PLACE! 3. The U.S. Federal Reserve is not connected to the U.S. government. The Cabal owners are membered by influential world powers like the Vatican, European Royalty, Black Nobility, and private families such as George Soros, various Rothschild’s, Carnegie’s and Rockefeller’s. The Cabal monies are commonly laundered through the Vatican Bank.

4. The current version of the privately owned Federal Reserve System started around 450 years ago at the creation of the Vatican Trust by ancient Royal Families. One of the major Royal funding streams reached its term and was cut off at the start of December, 2015, opening the door for closure of the Federal Reserve and implementation of the new U.S. Treasury. Technically and legally, and since January, 2014, the Federal Reserve Bank has been operating without a license extension needed by Congress! Nothing is at it seems. I explain all this!

5. The Federal Reserve Bank is composed of a group of private Central Banks whose main interest is serving the Cabal. Think of the Golden Goose who laid golden eggs! In the parlance language of business it is called a

“business model.” But to be honest about it, it really is all about the Golden Goose and her eggs! Take a guess as to who is the Golden Goose!

6. The Global Currency Reset has become part of the take-down of this illegal US corporate government through the formation of the U.S. New Republic, the new U.S. Treasury and the new U.S. currency notes backed by natural resources and gold of the Royal Dragon Families. The Dragon Families are based in the Philippines and are not connected to, nor claim to be influenced by the Chinese government.

7. U.S. Federal Reserve Notes are backed by gold (borrowed from the Royal Dragon Families after World War II), but only used for government and trade purposes. This monetary system functions under the non-U.S. government owned North American Union.

8. The Federal Reserve Notes (FRN’s) that are used by U.S. citizens have no backing at all and are referred to as fiat currency. They are and function like symbolic “Monopoly” money.

9. The United States is the only country on the planet that does not have its own national currency. One of the purposes of the Global Currency Reset is for the U.S. to secure our own asset-backed currency.

10. Since 1992 the Cabal has fought the implementation of the GCR since it takes away a lot of their power and monetary gain including the closure of their privately owned Federal Reserve.

11. Since the inception of the U.S., citizens have been forced to buy their Federal Reserve Note currency, along with paying interest on it, from the privately owned Federal Reserve.

12. The US Internal Revenue Service came on shore as a Delaware Corporation back in 1934 and was immediately purchased by a law firm which then incorporated it as the Delaware Corporation.

13. Eventually the IRS ended up in a holding company known as the Northern Trust Company which also owns the State and U.S. Bar Associations. For all intent and purpose, the IRS and U.S. Bar Association are essentially the same entity, a franchise of the UK’s British Accreditation Regency or Registry. A BAR attorney is a representative of the Queen of England, regardless of which State BAR association a lawyer belongs to.

14. The Federal Reserve Note had interest attached to it which helped to create our nation's well over $22 Trillion dollar national debt (some say we are actually over 100 trillion in debt). It is a “debt instrument” which has interest added for the privilege to use it.

15. The Dragon Families excused that debt when their gold was placed in the new U.S. Treasury in Reno last year. This included excusing debt and derivatives of the Wells Fargo Bank, which is owned by the Dragon Families, plus the derivatives of certain other banks. (There is

question about excusing debt and derivatives of Bank of America, since it is heavily used by the Cabal). The Bank of America, is a Jesuit-owned bank, originally called the Bank of Italy in California.

16. In 1991 Roy Schwasinger went before a senate committee to present evidence of the international bankers and government criminal activity through the Federal Reserve. He informed them how the Corporation of the United States was tied to the establishment of a New World Order which intended to bring about a fascist One World Government ruled by the international bankers.

17. In 1992 a task force was put together consisting of over 300 retired and 35 active US military officers who strongly supported Constitutional Law. This task force was responsible for investigating governmental officials, Congressional officers, judges, and the Federal Reserve.

18. The task force then included Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Jeremy Boorda, General David McCloud and Former Director of Central Intelligence, William Colby. They uncovered the common practice of bribery and extortion committed by both senators and judges. The criminal activity was so rampant that only two out of 535 members of Congress were deemed honest. More importantly, they ordered and carried out the first-ever (and only) audit of the Federal Reserve. Admiral Jeremy Boorda died under mysterious circumstances supposedly over a medal he was said to not be eligible to wear. Admiral Jeremy “Mike” Boorda (1939 – 1996) died, according to the state controlled media, of alleged suicide from controversy surrounding wearing of the V device on one of his navy awards. The truth is that he was murdered!

19. The Federal Reserve was accustomed to giving orders to politicians and had no intentions of being audited. However, after they were informed their offices would be raided under military gunpoint if necessary, they complied with the investigation. After reviewing their files, the military officers found $800 Trillion dollars sitting in accounts which should have been applied to the national debt. Contrary to federal government propaganda, they also discovered that most nations owed money to the United States instead of the other way around. [Editor Note: The so-called U.S. National Debt of roughly $22-trillion dollars is all a ruse. This is the quintessential case of keeping a double set of books to hide financial data!]

20. These hidden trillions were then confiscated and placed into European bank accounts in order to generate the enormous funds needed to pay a successful Farmers Claims class action lawsuit that helped to instigate the 1992 Federal Reserve audit. Later this money would become the basis of the GCR Prosperity Programs fulfilling Humanitarian needs across the planet.

21. Despite these death blows, President George H.W. Bush and the Illuminati continued on with their plans of global enslavement. In August 1992 the military officers confronted

President Bush and demanded he sign an agreement that he would return the United States to Constitutional Law and ordered him to never use the term New World Order again.

22. Bush pretended to cooperate, but secretly planned to bring about the New World Order anyway. He set out to sign an Executive Order on December 25, 1992 that would have indefinitely closed all banks, giving Bush an excuse to declare martial law. Under the chaos of martial law, Bush intended to install a new Constitution which would have kept everyone currently in office in their same position for 25 years, plus it would have removed all rights to elect new officials. The military intervened and stopped Bush from signing that Executive order.

23. In 1993 members of the Supreme Court, certain members of Congress and representatives from the Clinton government met with high ranking US military officers who were demanding a return to Constitutional Law, reforms of the banking system and financial redress. Clinton, however, was a proponent of the New World Order and as a result, nothing of substance was done. Although he signed the “GESARA” documents, he and his successors did nothing to implement the act of financial restoration. Every U.S. President since slick Willy was president has used the fund as a personal “slush” fund.

24. NESARA - National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act - is the most ground breaking reformation to sweep the U.S. The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the shadow government, and implements the following changes:

A. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities. This is the Federal Reserve’s worst nightmare, a “jubilee” or a forgiveness of debt.

B. Abolishes the U.S. income tax.

C. Abolishes the IRS. Employees of the IRS will be transferred into the U.S. Treasury national sales tax area.

D. Creates a 17% flat rate non-essential new items only sales tax revenue for the government. In other words, food and medicine will not be taxed, nor will used items such as old homes.

E. Increases benefits to senior citizens.

F. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters.

G. Reinstates the original Title of Nobility amendment.

H. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA’s announcement. The interim government will cancel all National Emergencies and return us back to Constitutional Law.

I. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups.

J. Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.

K. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.

L. Initiates a new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law.

M. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the new U.S. Treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply.

N. Restores financial privacy.

O. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law.

P. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide.

Q. Establishes peace throughout the world.

R. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes.

S. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines. The UK Company, SERCO has administered the U.S. Patent Office for years and has stolen thousands of inventions and intellectual proprietary property under the guise of National Security, registering them under the authority of the CIA. [Editor Note: For example, the software for social media, such as Facebook was stolen by the CIA, who then placed Mark Zuckerberg at the head of Facebook. The platform or software for social media was invented by Michael McKibben and his company Leader Technologies of Columbus, Ohio. This has been going on for decades. Nikola Tesla was robbed by Thomas Edison in much the same way.]

25. Late one evening on March 9, 2000, a written quorum call was hand-delivered by Delta Force and Navy SEAL’s to 15 members of the US Senate and the US House who were sponsors and co-sponsors of NESARA. They were immediately escorted by the Delta Force

and Navy SEAL’s to their respective voting chambers where they passed this National Economic Security and Reformation Act.

26. These 15 members of Congress were the only people lawfully allowed to hold office in accordance with the original 13th Amendment. Remember British soldiers destroyed copies of the Titles of Nobility Amendment (TONA) in the war of 1812 because it prevented anyone who had ties to the crown of England from holding public office.

27. President Clinton had no interest in signing NESARA into law. On October 10, 2000 and under orders from U.S. military generals, the elite Naval Seals and Delta Force stormed the White House. Under gunpoint, they forced Bill Clinton to sign NESARA. During this time Secret Service and White House security personnel were ordered to stand down, were disarmed, and allowed to witness this event under a gag order. President Clinton also relinquished his bar registry (his law license in Arkansas).

28. From its very inception, Bush Sr., Clinton, the corporate government, major banking houses, and the Carlyle group have opposed NESARA. To maintain secrecy, the case details and the docket number were sealed and revised within the official Congressional registry to reflect a commemorative coin. It was again revised even more recently. This is why there are no public Congressional Records about NESARA and why a search for this law will not yield the correct details until after the reformations are made public.

29. Members of Congress will not reveal NESARA because they have been ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court Justices to deny its existence, or face charges of treason punishable by death. Some members of Congress have actually been charged with obstruction. When Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone was about to break the gag order, his small passenger plane crashed, killing his wife, daughter and himself. If fear isn't enough to keep Washington in line, money is. Routine bribes are offered to governmental/military officials by the power elite/secret government.

30. Not surprisingly, much disinformation about NESARA can be found on the Internet. Wikipedia’s article is total disinformation. Dr. Harvey Francis Barnard’s NESARA bill was rejected by Congress in the 1990’s. Dr. Barnard was a systems philosopher and had tried for years to interest Congress in his monetary reform suggestions. 31. The next step was to announce NESARA to the world, but it was not an easy task. Many powerful groups have tried to prevent the implementation of NESARA. The NESARA law requires that at least once a year, an effort be made to announce the law to the public. Three current US Supreme Court judges control the committee in charge of NESARA’s announcement. These Judges have used their overall authority to secretly sabotage NESARA’s announcement.

32. In 2001 after much negotiation, the Supreme Court justices ordered the 107th Congress to pass resolutions approving NESARA. This took place on September 9, 2001, eighteen months after NESARA had become law, two days before the attacks on the WTC and the Pentagon of 9/11.

33. The next day on September 10, 2001, George Bush Sr. moved into the White house to steer his son on how to block the announcement. The next day, on September 11, 2001, at 10 AM Eastern Daylight Time, Alan Greenspan was scheduled to announce the new U.S. Treasury Bank system, debt forgiveness for all U.S. citizens, and the abolishment of the IRS as the first part of the public announcements of NESARA.

34. It is alleged that just before the announcement at 9am, Bush Sr. ordered the demolition of the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers to stop the international banking computers on Floors 1 and 2 in the North Tower from initiating the new U.S. Treasury Bank system. It is alleged that explosives in the World Trade Center were said to be planted by operatives and were detonated remotely in Building 7, which was demolished later that day, in order to cover-up their crime. It also was said that remote pilot technology was used in a flyover event to deliver a payload of explosives into the Pentagon at the exact location of the White Knights in their new Naval Command Center who were coordinating activities supporting NESARA’s implementation nationwide. With the announcement of NESARA stopped dead in its tracks, George Bush Sr. was said to have decapitated any hopes of returning the government back to the people. 35. By 2008 another proponent of the New World Order, the Obama Administration, was in charge. Obama refused to work under a budget while ballooning the national debt with a stimulus package that didn't stimulate the economy, but more than tripled the national debt, a bogus debt! It was to fund “shovel ready” jobs but it was all a con job.

36. The U.S. quickly began losing their influence as the main world reserve currency due to its uncontrollable monetary policies, ever-growing debt and use of fiat currency.

37. Also in 2008 the Royal Dragon families became very concerned when the US could not even pay the interest on its debt. They called in their loan on Lehman Brothers, thus causing the 2008 Mortgage Crisis. The House of Rothschild did nothing to rescue Lehman Brothers, allowing the collapse.

38. By now nations of the global monetary system had alarming concern about the U.S. national debt and U.S. currency which had no asset backing, yet was being used as the main world reserve currency.

39. The Royal Dragon Families then stepped in to form BRICS, backing the currencies of nations who joined the BRICS system with their own natural resources and gold reserves of the Dragon Families. BRICS is an acronym for Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa.

Brazil, Russia, Indonesia, China and South African formed BRICS to correct the situation, and backed the world's individual currencies with gold and natural resources to conform to Basil III of the IMF. They revalued all of the world currencies and worked toward a Global Currency Reset, using revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar as a kingpin for the other world currencies to revalue.

41. By 2015 all the nations of the world except for the US and Japan had joined BRICS. Japan joined in the fall of 2015, leaving the US as the single holdout.

42. Around the same time that BRICS was formed (7-8 years ago) the United States Army created an interim government called the New Republic and stationed it in West Virginia. The Royal Dragon Families had demanded formation of this New Republic as a necessary step before they would back U.S. currency with their gold in the BRICS system.

43. A New Republic interim government was formed by concerned Congress people because the Obama Administration refused to join BRICS, thus creating a dangerous situation of fiat currency where the U.S. economy could easily collapse.

44. The New Republic went into operation near the start of 2015. The 100-year old Federal Reserve Act officially was finished in December, 2014.

45. The New Republic had to construct a national currency but they didn’t have the gold by which they could comply with the IMF's Basil III reserve requirements. In April 2015 the Chinese Elders leased 100 billion in gold to the New Republic.

46. U.S. Treasury Reserve Notes [TRN’s] were created by the New Republic for use at the government level, but they’re not used on the street. Since 2015 they have been trading the new TRN’s internationally, in Europe and in the Japanese Market.

47. For a monetary system that could be used by the general US public, the New Republic created what’s known as United States Notes [USN’s].

48. The only difference between the new U.S. Notes currency and the Federal Reserve Notes is that the new currency will not be charged interest.

49. The new U.S. Note currency is like what President Kennedy had created way back in 1963 when he tried to shut down the Federal Reserve right before he was killed. President Kennedy authorized $5-billion of U.S. $2 and $5 dollar notes backed by the silver reserves of the government. The first act of Lyndon B. Johnson upon swearing in was to order the withdrawal of the silver backed notes authorized by President John F. Kennedy.

53. There was a 2011 Treaty White Paper that informed finance ministers of the economic conditions of the world. As a result, Ireland challenged the banks. They said, “If you can prove that you loaned us any money, we will gladly pay you. But if you can’t, basically ‘go pound sand’!” And they held to it. They had that same thing going on with Greece. It was believed that if the right one had gotten elected in Greece they would have done this same thing as Ireland did.

The John Jr. mystery and the connection now with President Trump’s Twitter Tweets and “Q” grow more intriguing by the day. Since the co-conspiracy of JFK Jr’s death broke on the Internet, proof and more facts have come to light. Is it totally beyond the realm of possibilities that the glamorous pair that pulled off a top-secret wedding in 1996; could just three years later pull off faking their own deaths? One report said Vincent Fusca and a brother operate a costume shop in Western Pennsylvania, and that he lives in the Churchill area of Pittsburgh.

Vincent Fusca’s name in Latin: Vincent is derived from the Latin name Vincentius, meaning: “conquering” Fusca meaning in Latin: adjective Definitions: dark, swarthy, dusky “Conquering Dark” or “Darkness” Vincent has been photographed many times. And some people say his resemblance to John Jr. and JFK is uncanny.

It also needs to be pointed out that an aerial view of the JFK and Bobby Kennedy burial and memorial site appear to create a giant “Q”. Coincidence? You decide.

Fans of President Trump know that the President tweets at all hours of the day and night. “Q” went live on the Internet in the fall of 2017, first on 4Chan and then 8Chan gaining traction slowly. Why? If you are wondering why I brought up the JFK Jr. death after previously discounting the idea that he survives, it’s a fair question. It was the fact that official FBI documents are sealed and will not be declassified until July 29, 2029. The FBI has a track record of being flat out liars, unethical, illegal, and dishonest involving activities all the way back to its inception. Although I had read Dr. A. Tru Ott’s work on ‘The Gemstone Files’, I did not follow the JFK Jr. case past early 2002. From several days of research I have discovered a trove of reports suggesting there is so much more to the original “official” story line.

I considered the crash off Cape Cod as another mystery death added to the “Clinton Body Count”, never to be resolved. However, when you go back and read the reports, newspaper, tabloids, magazine articles, one could not stop wondering about what it all meant.

The carpet bagger, Hillary Clinton and her rapist husband moved back to New York so she could run for the office of Senator. I remember reading the FBI’s redacted files on Hitler; they maintained an open file on the disappearance of Adolf Hitler even up to his physical death from natural causes. My thoughts were what else has been kept classified from curious eyes all these years. I was unaware of Vincent Fusca appearing in the crowd and always pictured directly behind the speaker’s platform. Apparently others picked up on Vincent and two other ladies in particular that seemed were simultaneously close by at Trump’s campaign rallies. I have taken a couple days to go through all the available documents and reports on the Internet that I could access. I’m stunned by what I have found and no longer am inclined to discount the possibility that JFK Jr. is still alive and had faked his death. That’s plenty of fatal doses to wipe out the entire populations of Texas, Arizona and New York states combined.”

She continued: “They found this under the floor of the trailer. They found 114 kilograms of fentanyl. According to the DEA, just two milligrams is considered a lethal dose.
