OUR BOARD Our Nominating and Governance Committee focuses on Board succession planning and refreshment and is responsible for recruiting and recommending nominees to the full Board for election. From time to time, the Nominating and Governance Committee also uses outside consultants to assist in identifying potential director candidates.
