CARING FOR TEXAS AWARDS The Caring for Texas Awards were adopted by the TCC Board of Directors in 1998, and the awards program is administered by our TCC Outreach Committee. In 2018, our Board played an essential role in overseeing the Company’s growth initiatives, including closing the A.Schulman, Inc. acquisition, breaking ground on the world’s largest PO/TBA plant, continuing construction of our Hyperzone polyethylene plant, and launching the Company’s first sustainability report. BOARD MEMBER CHANGES In 2018, we welcomed Michael Hanley to our Board. Mr. Hanley previously spent 25 years in senior management and finance roles, including as CFO of Alcan, and brings significant operational, financial and accounting experience and a deep appreciation for the Board’s role in financial oversight.
