MAWBs must be consigned to On Time directly, and we will clear cargo and release it to consignee. As a result, we need to ask you to:

• consign MAWBs to On Time Express Ltd Xiamen Branch (please see details below) • send complete pre-alert (including a copy of MAWB and HAWB) to our Xiamen On Time Office

HAWB must show the contact number of consignee to avoid delays that can lead to (rather expensive) storage charges. Also, the consignee must be registered with Xiamen / Fuzhou customs.

MAWB must be consigned to : (if via airline: MF/CZ)

The other handling procedure should be as the same as before: - Pls send complete pre-alert (include a copy of MAWB and HAWB) before cargo arrival at XMN / FOC. For Air import: please send to [email protected] For Sea import: please sent to [email protected] - the original of fumigation certificate or non- Wooden package of declaration must be sent along with shipment - Cnee’s phone number must be shown on the HAWB All proper documents’ original must be attached with shipment to Xiamen / Fuzhou

Notify Party on MOBL must be : SAME AS CONSIGNEE

Remark ： .Send complete pre-alert (including a copy of MOBL and HOBL) to Tina and .HOBL must show the contact number of consignee to avoid delays. Also, the consignee must be registered with Xiamen customs & provide all import doc to us. .All wooden cases import to China must represent fumigation Certificate with Cargo. .Pls send original mb/l to OTEL/Xiamen for endorsement. Otherwise, c/ can’t clear customs at Xiamen/Fuzhou.

Invoicing

In legal terms, our China offices are representative offices of On Time Hong Kong. Therefore please make sure that you debit On Time Hong Kong, not On Time Xia Men. The invoice must be addressed to and sent to:
