Flatiron by Meridian tops out after just 16 months S U PP LIED photos photos

A topping-out ceremony was held last Monday to celebrate the completion of the structure of Flatiron by Meridian, a mixed-development project located at Phnom Penh City Center. Construction took just 16 months. Meridian International Holding held the ceremony to honour all those involved, including the development team, the main contractor and sub-contractors. Around 50 guests attended the event, which started with an elegant “Robam Junpo” – a traditional Cambodian blessing dance. This was followed by a traditional Chinese prayer ritual before concrete was symbolically laid to mark the special occasion. “What started 16 months ago has come to fruition,” management representative Truman Chen said in a speech. The management of Meridian International expressed gratitude to all those who helped to make the extraordinary feat possible. The celebration marks a construction milestone for Meridian International Holding. Flatiron by Meridian is a freehold development consisting of retail space, 322 office units and 300 apartment-hotel units. The 41-storey freehold development is being developed by renowned developer Regent Meridian International Property Pte Limited, a subsidiary of Meridian International Holding (Cambodia) Co Ltd. ri a l to v er a d 15 THE PHNOM PENH POST june 29, 2020 www.phnompenhpost.com Lifestyle France arrests six Thinking caps over Banksy artwork stolen from Bataclan
