Respondent : The Public Information Officer (U/RTI Act,2005)/The Deputy Tahsildar, Jaipur Mandal, Jaipur, Mancherial District-504216. The First Appellate Authority (U/RTI Act, 2005)/The Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial Division, Mancherial District-504208. ORDER Sri B. Lachi Reddy,, filed a complaint dated 29-09-2017 which was received by this Commission on 03-10-2017 for Non-Compliance of APIC Order in Appeal No.5601/SIC- SPR/2014, dt. 25-06-2014. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 24-05-2013 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Non-Compliance of APIC Order in Appeal No.5601/SIC-SPR/2014, dt. 25-06-2014. Basing on the material papers on records, the second complaint was taken on file and notices were sent to both parties for hearing on 01-04-2019 at Hyderabad. The case is called on 01-04-2019. The complainant is present. Sri A. Pochaiah, Naib Tahsildar, Jaipur Mandal is present. Sri B. Bhanuchander, Senior Assistant, O/o the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial is present. Heard both the parties and perused the records. The complainant stated that no information was furnished by the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer through affidavit stated that the required information is readily available and the same will be handed over to the appellant. On perusal of the material papers available in the case file, the Commission directs the Public Information Officer/ Tahsildar, Jaipur Mandal and the Public Information Officer/ Tahsildar, Bheemaram Mandal, Mancherial District to furnish the detailed information within one week from the date of receipt of this order to the complainant through Registered Post under intimation to this Commission. However, the Commission directs the First Appellate Authority to arrange inspection of related records on 22-04-2019 at 11.00 AM by the complainant by giving advance notice to the complainant to enable him to attend for inspection on that day and submit compliance report to this Commission and copy to the complainant. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.     THE SINGARENI COLLIERIES COMPANY LIMITED (A Government Company) Registered Office: Kothagudem Collieries - 507101 The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) is a Public Sector Company owned by Govt. of Telangana and Govt. of India in the ratio of 51:49. At present, SCCL has 25 Underground and 20 Open cast operating mines, with an annual coal target of 70 MT for the year 2021-22. As a part of diversification, SCCL has established 2X600 MW coal based Thermal Power Plant (STPP) at Pegadapalli village, Jaipur Mandal in Mancherial District. Both the units of STPP were commissioned during 2016. SCCL is also establishing 300 MW of Solar PV Power Plants in its various areas. These are being established in vacant lands, on Overburden dumps and Water reservoir of Thermal power plant and these plants are intended for captive Use. Now, SCCL wishes to expand the solar power capacity to have a larger foot print in renewable energy sector. In this pursuit, SCCL is planning to set up 250 MWp (DC) capacity Floating Solar PV Power Project on water surface area of Lower Manair Dam (LMD), Karimnagar, Telangana. Hydrographic, Bathymetric and other studies at LMD are underway. This project is planned to be set up in the year 2022. SCCL wishes to have a pre bid interactive session (through VC) with the interested & experienced agencies/contractors for setting up 250 MWp (DC) capacity Floating Solar PV Power Project at Lower Manair Dam on turnkey EPC basis including O&M of the Plant for 10 years, to ascertain the techno commercial feasibilities and to firm up NIT specifications & scope of work.
