Lachi Reddy,, filed a complaint dated 29-09-2017 which was received by this Commission on 03-10-2017 for Non-Compliance of APIC Order in Appeal No.5601/SIC- SPR/2014, dt. 25-06-2014. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 24-05-2013 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Non-Compliance of APIC Order in Appeal No.5601/SIC-SPR/2014, dt. 25-06-2014. Basing on the material papers on records, the second complaint was taken on file and notices were sent to both parties for hearing on 01-04-2019 at Hyderabad. The case is called on 01-04-2019. The complainant is present. Sri A. Pochaiah, Naib Tahsildar, Jaipur Mandal is present. Sri B. Bhanuchander, Senior Assistant, O/o the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mancherial is present. Heard both the parties and perused the records. The complainant stated that no information was furnished by the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer through affidavit stated that the required information is readily available and the same will be handed over to the appellant. On perusal of the material papers available in the case file, the Commission directs the Public Information Officer/ Tahsildar, Jaipur Mandal and the Public Information Officer/ Tahsildar, Bheemaram Mandal, Mancherial District to furnish the detailed information within one week from the date of receipt of this order to the complainant through Registered Post under intimation to this Commission. However, the Commission directs the First Appellate Authority to arrange inspection of related records on 22-04-2019 at 11.00 AM by the complainant by giving advance notice to the complainant to enable him to attend for inspection on that day and submit compliance report to this Commission and copy to the complainant. With the above direction, the complaint is closed.
