Our Technology and Innovation Centre offers state-of-the-art conferencing facilities within easy reach of transport networks, hotels and the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre (SECC). The Centre’s Conference Rooms offer bright, comfortable accommodation for up to 40 delegates. With flexible layouts and user-friendly audio-visual solutions, they are perfect for meetings, smaller conferences and breakout sessions. Movable walls allow us to open some rooms to accommodate 60-80 delegates.

At the top of the building, the Executive Suite offers a flexible, self-contained venue for up to 100 delegates, with its own registration area and networking foyer, “ as well as views right across the campus.

Accommodating up to 450 George Street delegates, the Main Auditorium is our principal conferencing venue. Level 2 Foyer is located immediately adjacent to the Main Auditorium and the Main Entrance. With plenty of natural daylight and comfortable, contemporary furnishings, the Foyer is ideal for registration, catering and exhibitions.

With a flat floor, ample 13-amp power supply and ready access to/from the building’s Goods Entrance, Level 2

A glazed staircase offers direct access to Levels 1 and 3, allowing larger events to spread comfortably across multiple floors.

Level 2 Foyer 220 - - - 450 - - Technology and Innovation Centre Level 3 Conference Rooms and Foyers

Clustered around a bright central foyer, our Conference Rooms are ideal for smaller conferences, meetings and breakout sessions. There are eight rooms, all of which enjoy natural daylight and user- friendly audio-visual solutions.

Flat floors and movable furniture make for maximum flexibility in terms of layout, while removing soundproof partitions between Rooms 4 and 5 and Rooms 6 and 7 allows us to accommodate larger groups.

Level 3 Foyer offers a comfortable, flexible circulation space connecting the Conference Rooms and the Main Auditorium.

The centre section works well in combination with the Level 2 Foyer – directly accessible via a central, glazed staircase – to accommodate larger exhibitions, while the airy Mezzanine area is ideal for informal networking and poster displays.

With its comfortable, gently- raked seating and user-friendly audio-visual equipment, Level 1 Auditorium is ideal for smaller conferences and lectures, or larger breakout sessions.

The Executive Suite’s two meeting rooms are equipped to the same specification as the Conference A B Rooms on Level 3, while a movable soundproof partition allows us to open the space for groups of up to 100. Adjustable blackout blinds let you flood the Suite with natural light during networking breaks.

With its own bright, spacious foyer, Lifts registration desk and cloakroom, the Executive Suite is completely self- contained – perfect for high-profile meetings, away days, smaller conferences and private dining.
