There are less people in Scandinavia these days as the peak season is summer. But let this be our secret that Scandinavia in winter is legendary and you can be one of the few to experience this! DAY 1: ARRIVE TROMSO, NORWAY On arrival in Tromso, you will have a transfer to the hotel on shared basis.

This evening meet your tour leader at 18:00 at the hotel lobby. The tour leader will be with you for the entire tour. Have a welcome dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Depending on the arrival flight timing, you can opt for an optional “Northern Lights” hunt by bus to get a chance to spot the Magical Aurora Borealis.

Overnight: Clarion the Edge Meals: Indian Dinner

DAY 2: TROMSO Breakfast at the hotel and later proceed to see what Tromso has to offer. In the evening you will have a transfer to the Husky Farm where you will Experience the Northern Lights and make friends with 300 Alaskan huskies. In the Aroura Camp professional guides will host you for the evening. Here, 30 minutes away from Tromsø and the city lights, the sky is dark and well suited for Aurora watching. While you wait for the lights to appear, you can cuddle with the huskies and puppies, enjoy a guided tour of their facilities or relax around an open fire in Gamme-hut. Dinner is traditional Norwegian Bacalao with locally fished cod. On this tour you will be provided with warm overalls. After the Husky Farm you will be transferred back to your hotel.

DAY 03: NARVIK, NORWAY This morning, after the check-out, a private long distance coach with A/C and WIFI onboard will take you to the famous Polar Park - the world’s northernmost animal park and home to Norway’s large predators such as bears, , and lynx as well as deer, , and .

In the afternoon you will drive to the hotel in Narvik. Right after the check in you will be transferred to Narvik Cable Car, where the ride takes you to the top of the Narvikfjellet. Here is an unrivalled panoramic view of the town and the surrounding landscape, with its rugged mountains rising straight from the sea. If you are lucky, then you have a chance to spot the Northern Lights. After the ride back with the cable car, a private coach will take you back to hotel for dinner.

DAY 04: KIRUNA, SWEDEN After breakfast you will embark for the SJ Swedish Railways train heading to Kiruna, which is the northernmost town in Sweden, situated in the province of Lapland. The train station is a short walk from the hotel. On your arrival to Kiruna meet the coach and drive to the Icehotel Jukkasjärvi, where the local guide will give you a tour around this extraordinary hotel made out of a natural ice and snow. In the afternoon you will be taken to the hotel for the check in. Rest of the day is free for leisure.

DAY 05: LULEÅ, SWEDEN Breakfast at the hotel. This morning we transfer to the train station where you will embark for another train ride to the coast of Sweden with beautiful scenic nature around you. On your arrival to Luleå, your hotel is 200 meter walking distance from the train station. You will have some time to freshen up before the coach will take you for a more extreme afternoon activity - Cross cart driving on ice tracks. On the ice rink, we organise relay races with Crosscarts. The vehicles are ideal for a fun ride on the ice. It is a fast experience full of thrills and excitement with one’s driving

skills being tested to the limit (This activity is subject to weather, as there has to be ice on the lake). Afterwards enjoy your dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Overnight: Comfort Arctic Luleå Meals: Breakfast & Indian Dinner

DAY 06: ROVANIEMI, FINLAND After your breakfast at the hotel get ready to depart for Rovaniemi, which is also home for Santa Claus. A local guide will be greeting you on your arrival to Rovaniemi and give you a tour around this magical town of Lapland. You will be visiting Santa Claus Village, where you will meet the Santa and his helpers. You will be handed a very special original Arctic Circle Crossing Certificate that proves you have crossed the Arctic Circle. You have some free time to stroll around and Dinner will be at an Indian restaurant.

DAY 07: ROVANIEMI Today in the morning is yours to wonder around in Rovaniemi, perfect time to buy the last gifts or souvenirs to take home with you as a memory or simply have a cup of tea and enjoy the beautiful surrounding that Lapland can offer. In the afternoon get ready for a 2 hour guided Snowmobile Safari. Discover Lapland’s unique snowy nature and the fun of snowmobiling. The best way to get to the heart of nature – and back. During this fun safari, you’ll learn how to ride a snowmobile along frozen rivers and through snow covered forests. Enjoy the beautiful views of the river valley from the hilltops. A break with hot beverages will keep your motor running. Thermal outfits will be provided on this tour. In the evening enjoy the dinner at an Indian restaurant.

OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING COST: 1) Chasing the Northern Lights: EUR 80 per person. (Has to be booked in advance) – DAY 1 You will start from the pick-up/drop-off office at Roald Amundsens Plass 1A. From there, equipped with different maps and live cameras, the guide will choose the best route to give you a chance to find the clear sky. Once on the tour, our photographers will share their precious tips to capture the Aurora with your own camera. And do not worry about the cold, our assistant has hot chocolate and cookies to keep you warm. Wi-Fi and toilet on board the coach. NOTE: If you book this tour, then Indian dinner is not included on this day and you will have to purchase dinner yourself, as this Northern Lights tour already starts at 17:30, and the Indian dinner is at 19:00. There is no refund for dinner not taken and packed Indian dinner is not possible to arrange instead. There are various restaurants in Tromsø, so it is easy to find when you arrive to Tromsø

2) Aurora Borealis Adventure: EUR 150 per adult. EUR 75 per child under 12 years An excursion to prime Northern Lights viewing spot followed by a slice of local history. Start at 21:00 to transfer to the middle of the Lappish wilderness, where you’ll proceed to a river while experiencing the surrounding tranquil nature. To witness the northern sky at its finest, you get to reach the best possible spot. But, be patient, as the auroras love playing hide-and-seek. You never know when they might show up! While enjoying the peace of nature, you can fry sausages surrounded by the warmth of the fire. Next, your journey swings by a cosy old building “Poro-Pekan Pirtti”. Here you’ll get a trip to the past of Lapland by the welcoming hosts of the house. This relaxing escape will satisfy all your senses! Transfer to the wilderness and back by car (50 km one way). What is included: thermal outfit, guidance in English, snack by the fire, hot beverage, information about Northern lights, programme transfers, use of camera tripods, tips on how to capture the lights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  All rates are valid for departure dates as 5th Dec 2020, 9th Jan 2021, 13th Feb 2021, and 6th Mar 2021.  The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times.  Maximum 3 persons (2 adult + 1 child or 3 adults) are allowed per room.  The rates are not valid on block out dates which covers sporting events, trade fairs , conventions , and major congresses  Surcharges as applicable due to peak season, surcharge dates, Trade Fair dates, Christmas, Chinese New Year and New Year week.  Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.  To proceed with the booking you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit depending on the package which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.  Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be adjusted accordingly.  The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking.
