2. Declaration of Interest To declare a personal or personal and prejudicial interest in any items on the agenda.

3. Urgent Matters To consider any matters of urgency pursuant to Section 100B (4) of the Local Government Act 1972.

4. Public Participation To consider applications from the public to address the Council in respect of any item of business included on the agenda.

5. Co-Option a) To note the resignation of M Elliott b) To consider the Co-Option of Cheryl Wainwright.

6. County Councillor Report To receive a report from County Councillor K Eeles on local issues.

7. Chairman’s Report To receive the report of the Chairman and any such communications as the Chairman may wish to present to Council.

8. Minutes To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 29th May 2019.

9. Matters Arising To receive an update on actions taken on any items from the last meeting that are not on the agenda.

10. Planning To consider any applications as listed for Llanddulas & Rhyd Y Foel on the Planning Portal for Conwy County Borough Council.

11. Budget Monitoring a) To receive the reconciled accounts up to 31st May 2019. b) To note the actual expenditure against estimates. c) To approve the schedule of payments as presented. 12. Standing Orders To adopt the updated Standing Orders for LRCC.

13. Training To agree the dates for training sessions on: a) Code of Conduct b) Standing Orders c) Financial Regulations
