NJ Devils Game Field Trip

Dear Parents/Guardians of Senior Band Students,

We are taking a field trip to Prudential Center to perform on the main concourse before the New Jersey Devils take on the Toronto Maple Leafs! We will be leaving by bus from GBMS at 4:30, and we must arrive at Prudential Center between 5:45 and 6:00. We will unload the busses and perform from 6:30-6:45. After the performance, we will go to our seats and watch the game. When the game has finished, we will load the equipment back onto the busses and head back to GBMS. We will return to GBMS by bus to unload the equipment and dismiss the students to their parents somewhere between 10:00 -11:00 pm. This trip will be taking place on Tuesday, December, 2018. The cost of the trip ​ is $60. Cash or a check payable to “GBMS” will be accepted. Please fill out, sign, ​ ​ ​ and return the bottom portion of the permission slip with the payment for the trip.
