HCO 86 Kortz, Bill Establish the Police Fuel Reimbursement Fund, while providing for a police reimbursement surcharge. HCO 88 Kortz, Bill Prohibits school bus drivers from using cellular or wireless phones, as well as the consumption of any food or beverages, while operating a school bus or school vehicle that is transporting children. HCO 95 Burns, Frank Requires school districts to provide busing to any resident pupil, to and from school, if the resident pupil resides in a school district where a sex offender is registered. HCO 96 Burns, Frank Prohibits the implementation of systematic vehicle inspection programs that target only a particular type of vehicle. HCO 97 Burns, Frank Prohibits the use of federal funds for the use of motorcycle only checkpoints. HCO 132 Harper, Kate Creates a new provision entitled Unlawful False or Secret Compartment in Title 18 for those who possess a vehicle with an unlawful false or secret compartment with the intent to use it to commit a criminal offense. HCO 138 Kauffman, Rob Provides that any person who is operating a vehicle and who is involved in an accident where a death has occurred would be required to submit to drug and alcohol testing. HCO 143 Kauffman, Rob Provides for special farmland preservation registration plates. HCO 146 Miller, Daniel Removes the federally mandated drivers' license suspension for individuals who are convicted for a drug offense.
