RTD to hold public meetings to get input on proposed August 2019 service changes

DENVER (May 23, 2019) – The Regional Transportation District (RTD) will hold four public meetings to discuss service changes proposed for Aug. 25, 2019. RTD is committed to operating the most productive, efficient transit system for the communities it serves. Traffic patterns, economic factors, ridership and customer feedback leads RTD to make changes to its bus and rail system three times a year. These changes help to improve RTD’s service by maximizing the efficiency of existing resources, reducing duplication of service, and making better connections with bus, rail, and specialty services.

The following meetings are designed to inform the public and obtain input on the proposed changes.

Denver RTD Administrative Offices 1660 Blake Street Rooms T&D Wednesday, May 29, 2019 Noon and 6:00 p.m.

Broomfield Broomfield Community Center 280 Spader Way Lakeshore Room Wednesday, June 5, 2019 6:00 p.m.

West Denver Rude Recreation Center 2855 W Holden Place Thursday, June 6, 2019 7:15 p.m.
