1985L0350 — It — 03.07.1985 — 000.001 — 1 1985L0350 — IT — 03.07.1985 — 000.001 — 1 Trattandosi di un semplice strumento di documentazione, esso non impegna la responsabilità delle istituzioni ►B DIRETTIVA DEL CONSIGLIO del 27 giugno 1985 relativa all'elenco comunitario delle zone agricole svantaggiate ai sensi della direttiva 75/268/CEE (Irlanda) (85/350/CEE) (GU L 187 del 19.7.1985, pag. 1) Rettificata da: ►C1 Rettifica, GU L 266 del 9.10.1985, pag. 18 (85/350/CEE) ►C2 Rettifica, GU L 281 del 23.10.1985, pag. 17 (85/350/CEE) 1985L0350 — IT — 03.07.1985 — 000.001 — 2 ▼B DIRETTIVA DEL CONSIGLIO del 27 giugno 1985 relativa all'elenco comunitario delle zone agricole svantaggiate ai sensi della direttiva 75/268/CEE (Irlanda) (85/350/CEE) IL CONSIGLIO DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE, visto il trattato che istituisce la Comunità economica europea, vista la direttiva 75/268/CEE del Consiglio, del 28 aprile 1975, sull'a- gricoltura di montagna e di talune zone svantaggiate (1), modificata da ultimo dalla direttiva 82/786/CEE (2), in particolare l'articolo 2, para- grafo 2, vista la proposta della Commissione, visto il parere del Parlamento europeo (3), considerando che la direttiva 75/272/CEE del Consiglio, del 28 aprile 1975, relativa all'elenco comunitario delle zone agricole svantaggiate ai sensi della direttiva 75/268/CEE (Irlanda) (4), indica le zone dell'Ir- landa incluse in detto elenco comunitario ai sensi dell'articolo 3, paragrafo 4, della direttiva 75/268/CEE; considerando che, in conformità all'articolo 2, paragrafo 1, della diret- tiva 75/268/CEE, il governo dell'Irlanda ha chiesto un'estensione delle zone svantaggiate tramite una loro nuova definizione; che occorre pertanto sostituire la direttiva 75/272/CEE con la presente direttiva; considerando che, in conformità con l'articolo 2, paragrafo 1, della direttiva 75/268/CEE, il governo dell'Irlanda ha fatto sapere alla Commissione che esso auspica che alcune zone siano incluse nell'e- lenco comunitario delle zone agricole e svantaggiate; che esso ha fornito informazioni sulle caratteristiche delle medesime; considerando che per definire ciascuna zona in questione sono stati applicati i criteri, relativi all'esistenza di terre poco produttive, previsti all'articolo 3, paragrafo 4, lettera a), della direttiva 75/268/CEE, seguenti: percentuale di seminativi inferiore al 7,8 % e carico di bestiame inferiore ad una unità di bovini adulti per ettaro foraggero; considerando che la nozione di risultati economici notevolmente infe- riori alla media, prevista all'articolo 3, paragrafo 4, lettera b), della direttiva 75/268/CEE, corrisponde ad un reddito agricolo familiare, per attivo agricolo maschio, non superiore all'80 % della media nazio- nale; considerando che la scarsa densità di popolazione prevista all'articolo 3, paragrafo 4, lettera c), della direttiva 75/268/CEE corrisponde ad una densità non superiore a 27 abitanti per km2 (laddove la media nazionale e quella comunitaria sono rispettivamente di 49 e 163 abitanti per km2); che la percentuale minima della popolazione agricola attiva totale è del 30 %; considerando che il tipo ed il livello dei criteri summenzionati, appli- cati dal governo dell'Irlanda per definire le zone comunicate alla Commissione, sono conformi alle caratteristiche delle zone agricole svantaggiate di cui all'articolo 3, paragrafo 4, della direttiva 75/268/ CEE; considerando che le zone adiacenti alla regione occidentale (Western region) devono far parte di questa regione ai sensi della presente diret- tiva, (1) GU n.     THE LIST of CHURCH OF IRELAND PARISH REGISTERS A Colour-coded Resource Accounting For What Survives; Where It Is; & With Additional Information of Copies, Transcripts and Online Indexes SEPTEMBER 2021 The List of Parish Registers The List of Church of Ireland Parish Registers was originally compiled in-house for the Public Record Office of Ireland (PROI), now the National Archives of Ireland (NAI), by Miss Margaret Griffith (1911-2001) Deputy Keeper of the PROI during the 1950s. Griffith’s original list (which was titled the Table of Parochial Records and Copies) was based on inventories returned by the parochial officers about the year 1875/6, and thereafter corrected in the light of subsequent events - most particularly the tragic destruction of the PROI in 1922 when over 500 collections were destroyed. A table showing the position before 1922 had been published in July 1891 as an appendix to the 23rd Report of the Deputy Keeper of the Public Records Office of Ireland. In the light of the 1922 fire, the list changed dramatically – the large numbers of collections underlined indicated that they had been destroyed by fire in 1922. The List has been updated regularly since 1984, when PROI agreed that the RCB Library should be the place of deposit for Church of Ireland registers. Under the tenure of Dr Raymond Refaussé, the Church’s first professional archivist, the work of gathering in registers and other local records from local custody was carried out in earnest and today the RCB Library’s parish collections number 1,114. The Library is also responsible for the care of registers that remain in local custody, although until they are transferred it is difficult to ascertain exactly what dates are covered.
